Excellent performance, and means India outperforms the UK who exports more. However, the economy and total trade are termed differently, yet India inevitably will export more in the future,I'm sure.

The idea of a G-7 has to be reviewed because the dynamics of the world is changing. In the 1990s and early 2000s, it is clear the G-7 called the shots but it has since then changed. China now leads. Hong Kong is part of China and if we add Hong-Kong, the total for China rises to almost $4.3 T which is very impressive

These are simply WTO trade numbers. It basically only shows trade using the US dollar.
They dont show the real world numbers. For instance china didnt even join the wto till 2001. A lot of south east asian countries dont report their numbers to the wto as well even though goods and services are traded between them using national currencies.
Japan is also introduced to global economу.

Crazy just 50 years ago, tiny countries in population like new zealand, sweden and norway made the list, and also how a tiny city-state like singapore with little natural resources could also make the list solely on the financial/service sector.
Stop simping cities/countries like netherlands, singapore, hong kong, etc.
Their geographical location may give them more advantages than the availability of natural resources (because they still need to be mined, transported and found buyers).
China ended American half century dominance in exports in 2013.
