  • I can't thank you guys enough for all of the feedback on my moss wall video. I felt totally bummed about losing the footage for the frame so I decided to build a new one to show you all how simple it can be to create your very own frame for a moss wall or any piece of artwork.
This video is the second part of my moss wall series so be sure to be on the lookout this Friday, November 20th, for my next video within my Moss Wall playlist. Please leave any questions below!
Thanks for watching and I appreciate all of your support. I drop a new
video every week on Wednesday at 2pm and I am trying to reach 1k
subscribers so please be sure to share with all of your friends.

What type of plywood backing did you use and what type of side panels / inch depth did you use for the sides? In your other final video, the background looked green and it looked like you also had two longer pieces in the middle - what were those?

For the large piece I used 1/4” plywood, I believe it was pine, but I wished I used 1/2 which would have made it more stable for a piece that size. But I was concerned about it being super heavy. The side panels were pine wood as well and they were .75x1.5 So I placed the shorter side down to have the longer side keep the moss in. I painted the wood green to avoid an my wood showing through In case there were gaps in the moss. The two longer piece were just strips of wood to stabilize the panels together. Hope that helps.

Amazing job!! As a fellow artist I’m loving your work. I’ve been trying to figure out what are the brown wavy sticks/twigs that you used? I read thru the comments and watched the other videos but I couldn’t find the answer ❤️

What was the total weight of the big piece you did in the previous video? How is it holding up on the wall now?

It was under 100lbs and it’s doing great! Sometimes a little bit of shedding but nothing major.

Amazing what you do, but girl you need to build a work bench. It is not so comfortable to work on the floor. ❤
