Welcome to The Creative Cove. My name is Michele and today’s video is a craft along with me as we make a simple flip and fold journal using index cards.
I really enjoy making these style journals. They are quick and easy and best of all they use up lots of scraps. Yay!

Happy birthday Michele! Landmark birthday! I’ve been fascinated watching the transformations of things you’ve been making for Halloween. Not into Halloween myself these days (kids grown up) but I love what you did. I’m working on an autumn journal made from a cut down altered book. Lots of poems, sketches, watercolours and just random thoughts.

Happy few days late birthday!!! 30 bothered me tooooo!!! I haven’t met or heard anyone else saying the 30th one bothered them! Now after I know the 40th I don’t keep up with the age I’m like I’m 40 something born 78 you can do the math!

Funny, I was just the opposite. Turning 30 didn't bother me at all. I actually finally felt like I could be taken seriously as an adult. However, turning 50 messed with my head! I was like, Holy Crap, I'm a half century old!! 😂😂
