It's just funny coming from the rebellious generation of the boomers. Boomers rebelling against the greatest generation creating the children that are the adults they currently complaining about. 0 reflection. 0 self awareness. I enjoy Phil though. He's what that generation should have been.

@@ellencox8415 I think it's mostly the gen x generation that become the pansy parents. Most of the boomers were still old school. But the gen xers are the ones that brought the millennials into this world. and now the millennials have all the cancel culture babies. I think the mistake that the boomers made was not teaching the gen xers how to be parents. But the boomers were on average that last generation of parents that believe in discipline.

I pray she has ears to hear, her heart softens,, and the scales removed from her eyes. May you both be given wisdom on how to raise spiritual warriors! The Bible says bring up a child in the way they're to go and when they are old they will not depart from it. Write scripture down and hang it up around the house. Stand on the word and be Bold in these times! I know it is not easy as the wicked one is running rapid. Stay grounded and dig into your church. Be strong in your faith! Yep, totally agree! I am a gen X, and respect and discipline were physically taught when I just did not get it via verbal teaching. You name it, it was swatted across my backside and backs of my legs. I do not consider myself in a category of a child of physical abuse. It made me who I am today. I can exercise self discipline, and I still show respect to any elder I meet in my day to day life. When you see an older person's eyes light up when you say "Hello, sir/ma'am", is amazing. Many will just stop and talk for spell in the middle of the grocery store. I raised my son this way also, and he, while being *extremely* introverted, will, all on his own, ask an older person struggling to reach something on a top shelf in a store, if they need help, and if he can get it for them. To see a person's face light up when this young (20's) man helps them, and is respectful to them, melts my Momma heart. I made mistakes raising this young man, but I stressed respect, and held strong to discipline, and now all grown up I can look at him and know he turned out right, and I can stop worrying about that part of his life. 😊

Dr Sandy that statement is so true & sad. One of my dearest friends, raised her 4 children. She wisely divorced the father of her older 3, he messed his life with drugs & alcohol, taking 2 of the kids down with him. My friend helped raise those 2 kids’ 5 children. All by different fathers. Now she’s in her 60’s & raising her great grandson. Cuz her daughter, doesn’t want either of them & her granddaughter knows she can’t do it
Sad sad cases. The baby boy’s great grandparents are adopting him & the chance of them living to see him reach the age of 21, isn’t very good

The first reverence to the father comes for kids at home and the father of the household. Years ago my grandfather taught me that when it comes to kids, when you tell them to do something, that they do it right away, they do it all the way and they do it with a happy heart. Start it from day one and the happy heart part is much easier.

Best video of the day! What scares me is people now believe that evil is good and good is evil. My parents were juvenile delinquents in the early 80's with fathers who were drunks. But even in that messed up situation if you had asked them how things should be they would have said respect family and those in authority. Now outside of Christian circles the idea of discipline, authority, to family and your community is an unknown and alien concepts. Even so come Lord Jesus!

The truth!🙌🏽 My parents disciplined us & taught us the proper fear of God as children..most definitely respect our elders.
Enforcing there are consequences to bad behavior... Back then prayer in school & paddling..one teacher would even "crack your knuckles" with a wooden pencil.
The overwhelming..sin corruption & wickedness has increased over the years.
God is setting all straight.. He said it would be in this end..it has to be His divine hand at this point. Suffering long with those refusing to repent. He is revealing All things &
    Babylon is surely falling.
