But I wish more people would actually look into the history of who the most influential rockers and the people who created rock music. It was actually way more wholesome than what's being released today including what's being released in mainstream rock music today.

Remember watching Fats Domino at Baltimore City Fair in 1978 at rash field in the inner harbor with my Mother and Sister!!! We were front n center at stage and he actually grabbed both my Mom n Sister's hand and danced with them as he performed...I was blown away!!!

Well I am 58 years old and when I was a kid my moma had a old kraco 8track tape player and she listened to fats domino Elvis Carl Perkins Jerry Lee Lewis and I fell in love with the pioneers of rock&roll and late 60,s country music so I had a awesome musical upbringing when music was music thanks to my mother and a 8track tape player and an ol werlitzer jukebox that sit in the little tweets diner that sit on top of the little blue ridge mtn town of Newland nc .I am privileged

Fats Domino or Antoine Domino, was one of those Great Rock and Roll singers, and I still like to listen him sing so many years later. He had a special charisma and real talent, This old song I first listened when I was nine on the radio, is still one of my favorites.

Remember watching Fats Domino at Baltimore City Fair in 1978 at rash field in the inner harbor with my Mother and Sister!!! We were front n center at stage and he actually grabbed both my Mom n Sister's hand and danced with them as he performed...I was blown away!!!

Check out 2:04. The drummer hits an extra thump on the bass drum, in error. This was never corrected on the master and has stayed the same since 1955. I like it.

The first time I heard his music was when history teacher played it for us in the 90's. Blueberry Hill. I was failing until that new teacher incorporated music with the time of events. Make classes more fun, grabs more attention, better grades. My sister teaches the same way❤️ Been years since high school, lots forgotten, but not Fats Domino!
