  • An early dyno run on our new modified Pontiac 400. We bought a lot of parts from Summit Racing and Butler Performance.

    My sister had one of those. I’m guessing you upgraded the engine, among other things. That car was the definition of ‘all show and no go’.

      Laws prohibited it from having the HP it’s earlier models had, but please believe the engines were built to make adjustments. A 400 with a top end kit is a monster

      Yup, 6.6 Pontiac, Baby! New build on original numbers-matching block, aluminum heads w roller rockers and cam. Holley Sniper EFI and Hyperspark ignition, and headers. Got a bunch of parts from Summit Racing. And just added a Tremec TKX 5-spd from Silver Sport transmissions. @holley @silversporttransmissions

      About 370 wheel. Stock was about 170 wheel on a good day.
