- In this talk Muniba shares the heart wrenching story of an incident which changed her life completely - from the bad to the good.
Muniba Mazari is an artist and a writer. She believes in playing with vibrant colors and flawless portrayal of true emotions. Her work speaks her heart out and is all about people, their expressions, dreams and aspirations.
Although wheel chair bound, her spirit and artistry knows no bounds. In fact, she takes the agony of spinal cord injury as a challenge and is more determined to express her sentiments through her art work.
While doing her bachelor in fine arts she met a road accident which made her paraplegic. Currently, she is running her brand by the name ‘Muniba’s Canvas’ with the slogan ‘Let Your Walls Wear Colors’. She is a mix media artist and believes in depicting the ethnic jewels of her region in an abstract way. Some of her work is purely abstract which depicts the humans’ expressions, their thoughts and dreams. Her paintings give the message of living life and represent the real personality of the artist.

I am 19 years old I was 8 years old when I got injured, since then I can not walk again. This speech gives me a courage and made me feel good about myself. Thank you for your kind and powerful message from all over the world.

I am 16 years old now. I was 8 years old when i got into a car accident and my left hand has not been working since then. I am unable to do work from my left hand. I think that i am the most dependent person in this world. When i have to tie my hair i have to ask my sisters or anyone else, when i have to wear a watch i have to do the same. In short i have to do the same every single day repeat my actions of asking other people to do me favors. I had to attempt my 5th class board exam and i was worried how will i draw margins. The way i draw margins now people start to sympathaize me. Yes me and all people like me are caged by our bodies. But this gives no right to other people for looking down on us or showing their sympathies. I've gotta say that the one thing i hate the most in the world is the sympathies of other people. I'm really grateful to you muniba api thankyou for teaching me a life long lesson. I will make sure to dream big and achieve al my goals .

@@Slateworld123 no this is not the older one. The one in which she mentions her husband is the latest one becoz in that speech her child is six, and in this she said he is a three yr old. Earlier she mustn't be comfortable taking her ex husband's name on a platform like dis, but later she grabbed the courage to speak her mind openly and unapologetically..

I really got inspired by you, now what I take from your message is never give up don't call any one disable because we are nobody to "Dis" anybody's abilities". Everyone is equally able to what they want to do. Their passion can impact the world they live in, how someone can challenge themselves to live the way they wanted. In fact, everyone is caged by something in their life, it is up to them how they want to break the cage and move forward. There are things which we have control on and things which we don't, it is on us if we choose to worry about the things which are not in our control or work towards the life which can be controlled by us.

I am 21 yrs old ,when I first heard and like the inspirational speakers . One of my best motivational speaker is Ma'am Muniba . Her words ,her facial expressions ,her hand jestures , her smiles have a lot of positive impact on me. Inspiring. I recently had an ACL Reconstruction surgery (3 months ago) and the only thought going through my mind is never being as good as a player at volleyball when I last left off. I look at my healing knee as a disadvantage, as a burden to my technique of playing the sport. It's thrown me in the shadows and makes me never want to play volleyball in fear of never being good again. As of now, my mindset has changed, and though I'm still indecisive, I feel the need to play the sport again. It's calling to me. I am only 15, I've got a lot of time to play, just hope I don't wait too long.This video was that extra push. Makes me more appreciative and strays me away from that negative mindset.
