I've made comments about Potawatomi on You Tube before and I frequent this casino/hotel at least once a month. It is still one of my favorites. There are a lot of seedy locals who hang out at this casino and there is also a very large and steady drinking crowd as well that gets loud and out of hand. In just the last few months I have had a drink spilled on me by a couple drunken idiots while I was trying to play roulette, security did nothing about it as the two assholes walked away laughing. I was propositioned by a hooker just a couple weeks ago right out in the middle of the main casino area. My wife hit a good sized jackpot and was basically encouraged to arrange a security escort up to our room and out to our car in the morning. There is a small branch office for the Milwaukee PD located right on the casino property and it is not uncommon at all to see police officers patrolling the casino floor. Yep, Potawatomi is pretty good casino and the hotel is nice enough but a lot of locals who loiter in the place make it a little uncomfortable at times when the place is packed. Just watch your back because I can honestly say from a lot of travel experience and a lot time spent in casinos around this country, that you need to watch your back in this place.
