When I saw the replay, I was shocked beyond belief to see what happened that night with the two balks and the walk off home run by Carlos Delgado. That Mets team could've probably gone all the way that year, but they blew it...twice.

Saltalamacchia then threw the ball toward third baseman Will Middlebrooks in an attempt to get Craig, who was running on the play. But the throw was off the mark, and as Middlebrooks attempted to catch it he lost his balance and fell down on the basepath as the ball bounced off toward left field.
