I’m glad they made up at the end. They made an interesting dynamic this episode. I finally see the chemistry between them, cuz I liked Rosita with Saddiq before haha.
That shot of Beta was very good. I really liked his scenes in Alexandria but it could've been a tad better if it got just a touch more of the Michael Myers treatment. Big thumbs up for the cinematography and camerawork this episode though.
Rosita is quick compared to beta that’s the one advantage she had obviously in the end she will lose because Beta is durable but letting her get a few slashes in is realistic in my eyes
That outdoors shot of Beta sneaking into the house and walking in to kill everyone, THAT was horrifying. That one shot was more scary than half of all the horror movies I've seen recently. I joked months ago about Beta being similar to Michael Myers, but no, he was literally a slasher this week, and it was amazing.
I think it's more of a side effect of the boys having to burn through so many shows. I think there is like a study or something that shows that humans can only keep track of 150 or 250 names and faces, and information associated with them before they start to fade. Considering we(the audience/fans) probably only have to track the characters from 3-4 shows at a time. I think it's forgivable that BW, that watches 8-12 shows at any given time don't remember every characters name off the top of their head. I mean he did remember Dale's face, which outside his beliefs, is his most distinguishing trait. lol
2 comments on things I think you may have missed, 1. Beta took the bulletproof vest off one of the first people he killed in Alexandria (the ones that had the lights turned off on them) and 2. Gabriel's new tactics resulted in the death of "Neck Tattoo" his new tactic was to keep them alive and torture which she tried to do to beta, she never tried to kill him. Loved your reaction
SMH they did my girl Laura dirty didn’t mention her at all the rest of the episode like They haven’t known her and lived with her longer than they were with Rick. I think Gabriel overall has the right idea but I think he’s going a bit over the top because the only reason Laura didn’t kill beta immediately was because Gabriel told them to take them prisoner.
I think Gabriel is right with trying to break them but wrong in the teeth and fingers bit because doing stuff like that is just stuping up to Alpha’s level and frankly the only reason Gamma broke was because she found out Lydia was alive so maybe that’s a better solution then ripping fingers and teeth
I'm kind of enjoying hardcore Gabriel, I definitely prefer his character now over his character when we fist met him. He has gone from being unable to protect himself from even one walker too leading alexandria's defences, quite a character arc in my opinion.

Of all the characters in this show, I think Father Gabriel has had the most fleshed out character. We've seen him change dramatically since day 1! He's becoming one of my favorite characters, which probably means he's going to die this season 😭

Would’ve liked to see maybe two people try and chase Beta when he ran then maybe they get cut off by some walkers and lose Beta in the middle of them it would’ve made a lot more sense than just letting him get away
Hope Magna survives, one of the few characters i care about in the show. Beta was a beast today, hope he starts killing some more important characters in the next episodes.

i think judith went for the head shot, considering she had not seen him yet. even if she did, maybe from the distance. so she went for the head shot, thats why beta got hit around his upper chest. just a shooting instinct considering how big beta is, she missed the head.
I feel like Daryl totally could've tied that wound off. There were rags and shit around him to at least do that if not using his own shirt. He of all people would know how to do stuff like that to survive.
