Thanks for going through this EV automaker financial review Steve. This has been a very tough year for EVs, and EV startups. But I think that all of the capabilities of EVs like clean, economical operation make them a good bet in the longer term. And I think that there is a growing need for efficient, affordable transportation, so I am happy to see Aptera's progress, even though it is slower than most people would like. There are no guarantees, but I believe that Aptera will succeed if they can start volume production within the next year, get financially recharged with an IPO, and work towards expanded production and profitability. Enjoy your trip!
I took delivery of a Cyberbeast more than 2 weeks ago, and I am super happy with it. Many stories about issues with them plesse just take it with grain of salt. Early adapters need to understand that like any brand new product comes early production bugs (Aptera will not be immune...) I have been an early adapter for many EVs and ICE so I'm okay with taking the good with the bad. Overall, very happy with my Cyberbeast❤
I am expecting a spike on leaderboard after the investor’s meeting on the sixth. Then momentum should build till the close. I see reaching 50 million before the close.
I don’t get comparing Aptera to companies that actually produce vehicles. We still haven’t seen a PI vehicle, validation of stated specs and pricing. Steve, I hope you asked real questions that investors need answers to and not the same old ones that are meaningless.
The Cyprus Accelerator was there from early in the program, but his total investment omitted previous investments from 2020 and 2021. This was fixed mid April and he has been #9 since.
The closer Aptera gets to production and/or IPO, the more they *need* to provide more accurate guidance regarding production, milestones, and finances in general to be taken seriously by investors and the market overall. They should not IPO *prior* to achieving such broad positive outlook from outside the current community of fans and hopeful owners here. Production timelines and milestones should be realistic, conservative and clearly achievable.
It's not that FFIE used to trade for $4K a share, what you're seeing is the effects of a number of reverse splits, and the old share prices reflect a multiple of what the current share price is to equalize out the difference.

Well Steve, it's hard to say where it will end up. Especially since my investment with Republic has not made it in to my accelerator amount. I'm thinking there may be others in the same boat as I am. I have reached out to Aptera multiple times and after having to verify my identity, they say the funds will be added but it still has not happened. With that being said, it would be difficult to speculate the final number but it May be higher than you think.
Steve, any chance you can ask them if we can get the Aptera without the wrap? Why bother getting it wrapped if we are just going to change it anyway? My plan is to schedule the wrap on the same day I receive the vehicle. I really want a green wrap because I love the color and the Aptera as a solar electric car is also green. I just need to decide on the shade. Maybe they could even partner with a local business or businesses to do it for them. That would be a cool.

I have an ICE Carmel Blackjack and it’s a lot of fun. I agree they need an enclosed offering. If you look at their concepts, check out the Indio. Zero idea if/when they would produce it, but I’m sure it would be sweet. Vanderhall’s are 69” wide vs. Aptera’s 88” 2wide, by the way… Props to Vanderhall as they used their own funds and built the company from the ground up, following the intelligent path of testing multiple (11) major variants before settling on what they build. A major setback they overcame was finding out the first vehicle (the Laguna) was just too expensive to attract dealers and first time buyers. They completely reworked the method of manufacture, cut the price by more than half, and were off and running with the Venice. How many companies are that dedicated and resilient? Consider that if you ever thought you would want something like a Sprite or a Midget, Vanderhall makes a brand new thing that has you not doing a resto. When driving it, the 3-wheeler part is totally transparent.

If you want a hand-crafted ( not mass produced) electric three wheeler, the Vanderhall Santatosa is interesting. The start at $42, 950, but no solar and no storage.
I look at other EV’s to purchase but Aptera has cargo space, it should be the most efficient vehicle and it has solar panels. I spend most of the winter in FLA. so Aptera should be a great vehicle for me. (If they ever start building them)
...and no weather protection, so this is a toy not suitable for daily use outside of southern California.
Aptera’s 88” 2wide, by the way…
Props to Vanderhall as they used their own funds and built the company from the ground up, following the intelligent path of testing multiple (11) major variants before settling on what they build.
