While most things are newish in Gilbert on thing potential new residents probably won’t find brand new is a house. Gilbert is approaching buildout and all the big empty lots big enough for subdivisions have already been used. What’s being built now is mostly apartments and retail (or combos of both like at Epicenter) on smaller lots. So few if any new homes still being built in Gilbert (one of the reasons why prices of homes are way up in Gilbert). If you only want a new build home then you’re better off looking in queen creek or San tan valley
