- Futharuna is a mix of Nordic , Shamanic and Tribal music with a dark and mystic vibe. Hope you enjoy this journey!
This album will take you on a journey back to the times when the Nordic people were in contact with shamanism, with people like the Sami.
9 compositions (9 due to the importance of this number in the Nordic culture)8 runes and Odin, that represents when he was going to sacrifice to obtain the knowledge of the runes.

I want to explain , some things of the compositions and why each rune has that vibe:
Odin - is about when he sacrifice himself to acquire to knowledge of the runes
Teiwaz - I tried to remember the ancient Tyr, the forgotten one , thats why this one has a very ancient vibe
Ansuz- The ruen of odin and wisdom
Dagaz- Its about transformation and reaching the light, a big transformation , the composition start slowly and finish with the complete transformation .
Uruz - About strenght and the animal part of human.
Thurisaz- Fight!! Thor is associated with this rune!
Raido- The journey , sailing to new adventures
Laguz- All about water and the ambiguity of life and death
Hagalaz- Dark times in this one , a change is beginning

I'm Mexican... I live in the US, but I feel so connected with this type of music. I just finished watching "Vikings" and I love it. Why do I feel so connected with the Nordic culture??!! I even went to Denver Colorado to see Wardruna, my interest has increased, I will start making music with these type of beats and sounds.
JUST my opinion*** has nothing to do with heritage. I feel the same way- when I started to try to finally get deeper into spirituality, this music and mindset really awakens my soul? And I feel very strong connection and presence with the Norse gods 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽⚡️⚡️⚡️ safe travels

Absolutely perfect, I tend to often skip individual songs on albums, because one reason or another but no song is skipped here, they're all gorgeous. I believe it's better and more diverse than early Wardruna's. Stunning, resonating, never dull. Stellar work.

But I missing Sowulo ᛋ (Sun / Honor), Eiwaz ᛇ(Yggdrasil / dream) and Algiz ᛉ (protection / Shield)
Sowulo = Sonne
Algiz = Elch
Eiwaz = Eibe (Man weiß nicht ob Yggdrasil eine Esche oder eine Eibe ist)
I think this music is not just "nordic" but a melting pot of sounds that comes from asian-russian-mongolia area waving at Tibet , then goes back to Scandinavy but took a master course previously already before when the ship sailed from Native Indians of Americas.
