sry, dr Sara. Of all people you interviewed, this guy explains absolutely no science, just continuously regurgitating marketing-like phrases with no consistent detail whatsoever. His story maybe true, the machine might work, but I am used to your guests explaining mechanisms not just tons of sentences that in the end don't really answer your questions.

I agree. I got the sense that Dr. Sara was doing her level best to drag the science out of someone who is either a non scientist or perhaps someone who is less than capable of clear consise scientific communication. Were this individual not featured on this channel I think I would have put hydrogen in the snake oil box. I hope going forward, Dr. Sara could elucidate on the science where this guest was clearly incapable.

Here is some important advice based upon my experience with devices that produce hydrogen. Go to your favorite on-line store and purchase a bottle of the tablets that produce hydrogen infused water. These tablets only cost between $40 to $60 a bottle and there is no equipment that breaks down, needs to be cleaned, or has components that need to be replaced. My experience is that these devices that produce hydrogen eventually break down and there is no one in the United States that repairs them. I place 2 of the tablets in a small empty glass, I then crush the tablets before pouring water over the tablets. Crushing the tablets speeds up the creation of the hydrogen infused water. You may see a guarantee offered for some of these devices, however, frequently the seller will claim that you did not properly clean or maintain the device and deny the guarantee.

Dr. Sara I checked out his channel and watched a few of his other videos. Full of hype and testimonials for the Holy Water product, and lots of demonizing all other products. All with the lack of science and heavy emotionality. If you know chemistry and watch his bash of Mercola's H2, then you can see his insincerity is clear. He's probably making a good paycheck off of the referral fee though he keeps saying he is not employed by them. H2 water may be beneficial, but this guy is clearly out to make a buck. He mentions his referral code so many times throughout the youtube comment section. Also, there is almost nothing to this machine, especially to justify the price. They sell a 2m cannula for $99.95!!! That is a $2 item. I believe that you are sincere. However, I believe that you should present this video as a sales pitch. No doubt some of your listeners are spending their hard-earned money on this machine under questionable pretenses. Thanks Dr. Sara for this interview. I like the idea of having the cleanest water with zero impurities(if that is true) but unfortunately, even after all the cost and time, we're still left with water that has 150-155PPM Deuterium. Now if the inhaled Hydrogen lowered the bodies Deuterium load somehow, that would be interesting. Seems like the only way, and cheapest way, to get zero impurity DDW is to buy it.

    • @MarmaladeINFP
      @MarmaladeINFP 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

I have a suspicion that the deuterium is a far more important factor. Molecular hydrogen is secondary, at best. Besides, our body already produces molecular hydrogen if we get plenty of sunlight exposure. Melanin uses sunlight to break down H20 into molecular hydrogen and molecular oxygen. The question is whether or not a healthy person with lots of sunlight gets any additional benefit from supplementing molecular hydrogen. As usual, there apparently is absolutely zero evidence that this is useful for anyone other than the severely unhealthy.

    Hello Dr. Sara,
I recently listened to your interview about the benefits of hydrogen-infused water, and I found the topic very interesting. Your approach has opened me up to the idea of incorporating this practice into my daily routine for its potential health benefits.
However, in my quest for understanding, I came across Dr. Boros Laszlo's website, who seems to have reservations about this practice. As I am not a native English speaker, I fear I may not have fully grasped all aspects of his argument.
Have you read his article? If so, what is your opinion?
    Thank you for your response.

Hi I use only hydrogn gas and I put deuterium depleted water in my machine, so I dont drink the water. Dr Boros is coming back on the channel so I will ask him about the gas as I know he is very against over drinking water and the deuterium content of the drinking hydrogen water will depend on the deuterium content of the distilled water from the tap. Thats why I decided to only use gas and DDW in my machine, as there is much research on molecular hydrogen - so I know there is something to it. I then decided the inhalation was the best approch for me. So I will propose my thoughts on this gas to Dr Boros

Kind of weak and cheap. It can take over an hour to make good water but hydrogen infused water is a miniscule dose compared to breathing it. Most conditions are dose dependent. Unlike what he claims, his machine is far too weak to produce a theraputic dose for breathing, (need a MINIMUM) 250mg/l, 450 to 600 is good) but he won't tell you that. But he will dishonestly bash Browns Gas or rather hydrogen mixed with the little amount of oxygen produced (not Wisemans machine as that WILL produce hexavalent chromium gas). And one last thing, Dr. Lebaron one of the worlds foremost H2 experts (who did his phd in Japan) and he staes on his website that H2 is not on ambulances or in hospitals. i wonder if running a countertop distiller such that only the first 10% or so of the source water is distilled would output meaningfully deuterium depleted water? thousands of dollars for hydrogen equipment is a hard sell for those of us with skeptical partners and who aren't desperately unwell. The ability to apply hydrogen treatment as a gas is interesting for people who are in very rough shape and can't eat, (i.e. late-stage ALS, on deuterium rich feeding tube formulas.) I wonder about the healing possible for people with various severe, "irreversible" conditions if they stack all of the modalities discussed on this channel. Looking forward to a critical cross examination of Morley Robbins, I bought his book and found significant improvements with adding copper to my diet, and of course the copper/melanin connection should be compelling for quantum biology types, but his book still recommends a lot of plant foods that I wouldn't eat.

You can make molecular Hydrogen at home at almost no cost using simple alchemy. Citric or Malic acid with magnesium causes the reaction required. This is molecular hydrogen. You can do the same with deuterium via partially freezing water, making a hole in the frozen shell at the top, tipping the non frozen water out and repeating this process. This bloke is all about marketing and the machine he talks about is $4000. There is many machines out there that use no plating and China is at the forefront of innovation and technology, so i think the racist comments towards Chinese manufacturing that were born 20+ years ago need to be nipped in the butt. Anyone who knows a snake oil salesmen when they see one, knows this video isn't good for your brand Sara. Just giving you the heads up. Health shouldn't just be available to those who can afford it monetarily and people like this bloke saying it isn't possible any other way are a bane to society. You sell very expensive water with your discount code promoting it which is all good and well, but I've never seen you tell people it cannot be made at home, you just haven't released the alchemy/chemistry/trade secret, which I'm sure someone as intelligent as yourself does know about and I'd even assume you might have even tested it yourself based on your science background...Much different kettle of fish and the info in comparison that you give is spectacular. It is what it is. Freezing water partially, then opening the shell and tipping out whats not frozen within separates the particles for you and filters it out, for those who don;t know :). Deuterium is heavy and freezes before the water at around 3.8c, water freezes at 0c.

Wow, he lost me at 11 min, talking about Ozone. I have studied & used Ozone Therapy for 8 years. Industrial Ozone is no different from Medical grade. The only difference is the valve on the tank and sometimes clerks swap tanks at the store, which can easily be avoided. The manufacturing of the gas comes from the same source. This was upsetting because when he immediately tells us that other manufacturers of H2 are no good because of the materials they use, and also gives no explanation of how or why that could compromise H2, I question his motives for stating so.
That said, Dr. Sara, I am very grateful that you had him on. The comments here, provided me all I had to know about this guy whom does not provide a last name and claims to be a doctor. Thank YOU!!

This sounds like a bandaid to the real problem of poor nutrition. As we know, a carnivore diet corrects all the health issues he mentioned. Healthy user bias suggests many who would use a machine like this will also be making other lifestyle changes in effort to heal. How does hydrogen help in the person with hyperinsulinemia?

High insulin could be related to low pH in the interstitial fluid around your cells, according to yoshinori marunaka's research, this reduces the effectiveness of insulin and because it is not performing your body creates more insulin. The cells need atp and this can be created in 3 major ways: 1. fermentation or glycolysis which leads to lactate production and reduces pH in the interstitial fluid. 2. Oxidative phosphorylation which uses the tca cycle and pyruvate to create water and CO2 from molecule that have carbon and hydrogen, the final stage is the atp synthase. 3. Run the atp synthase by simply combining O2 and 2xh2 into water without the carbon carrier. The rods and cones in your eyes are not supplied with blood and instead melanin and sunlight split water into hydrogen and oxygen which then penetrates into the mitochondria around the rods and cones. See Laszlo Boros for more info on improving color vision with 670nm light melanin and low deuterium water, or hydrogen production by gut microbiome. Summary, mitochondria will increase acidity with lactate when they are dysfunctional, the acidity changes the shape of insulin and the responsiveness (phosphorylation) of insulin receptors and then your body will create more insulin because it is insufficient to lead to the desired outcome. So low deuterium hydrogenated carbon sources are great like animal fat. Rods and cones in the eyes need even more energy than other cells and so they bypass the carbon derived hydrogen and just directly create water. Sara thinks about hydrogen as an electron donor but chemically we call it a reducing agent. Oxygen is the electron acceptor which is called an oxidizing agent. When you have a reducing agent and oxidizing agent you can create a dc electrical power and drive reactions like creating atp.

@@shiftyparadigm7049 Yes, I understand that and exactly why I suggested it's just a bandaid for the underlying cause of poor substrate(food) choices that supply the cells. I can certainly see the short term advantage, similar to methylene blue, but it'sby no means the fix.

@@darkfieldcarnivore3928 agreed. But may be a hack to get the ball rolling, or integral like in the eyes when even more than normal amounts of atp are required. For general prevention and maintenance, low deuterium diet combined with sunlight and earthing. For acute critical situations, then perhaps splitting water has its merits.
