Where you able to load Stellarmate onto the device? Once you do you need to build the custom kernel to support the USB ports which is listed here - github.com/open-astro/linux/wiki
It should, you just need to choose ASIAIR Power they worked fine on the ASIAIR Pro but I forgot to check. I'll do that when I get home as it may be different for the 64bit OS. The last time I tested the Pro it was still the 32bit OS.
Gary, I just tested the power ports and everything works. I have included screen shots on my website on how to enable the power and also updated the details on the video to explain everything is working as expected! I tested all 4 ports with the ASI2600MM-P cooling fan and it worked on all ports!
@@JTAstro Thanks Joel, unfortunately when I took my Asiair Plus apart this morning, I discovered I had the new rockwell single board version, so it appears I''m screwed!!
I gave it my best, but doesn't seem to run anymore. Can it be due to the upgrade from Stellarmate to a newer Pi-kernel?

can it be powered from USBC if not thats quite the oversight
The ZWO ASIAIR plus has always relied on the 5v power this is the normal for their equipment since the first ASIAIR unit.
Will Stellarmate control the Asiair power ports?

@@JTAstro thank you, would appreciate confirmation. Like the Asiair, but dislike being locked into their ecosystem!
