Chan0 G&W's Neutral getup is deceptively good. By the time the animation occurs, he's already a good many frames into the getup, so it's harder to react to.
Samus is honestly really bad for gnw because of how hard she is to approach and how quick she can kill gnw. She can bait bucket, which is a very punishable move.

with G&W you can either bet it on a 9 or get 45-50% and kill with a grab at 83%. What's better? 9 isn't even true on most characters

If you can't react to G&W neutral getup as Pika, you lose the MU. It's that simple.
