Strike Zone FRC 5460 how does that work for students that are on robotics. Since both team are very competitive and great teams, do they just participate on both, are they JV and Varsity, or do students choose which team to be a part of?
Great question. It is the students choice what team they want to be on. Both teams mentor littler kid robotics teams so this helps insures there is always enough kids.
That’s a trade secret but I can say there’s the 2 fingers on each side that are pushed out simultaneously by a delrin block that’s threaded onto the piston. I hope that gives you enough info.

Why does the hatch panel at 0:52 have 1684 on it?
1684 is our sister team that works across the hall from us. And in the recording of this we did not have enough hatches so they let us borrow some.

Same high school in 2015 the team leaders saw that not every kid was being involved on just the one team so we split off and formed another team.
