You didn't mention any of the key features of the "SVZ" that make it special from the basic Executive model. And I know you boys are trying to be upfront & honest regarding pointing out any "damage" to the exterior paint, but perhaps rather than mention each & every chip scratch or blemish, just at the end of each walkaround mention that "there is some very minor cosmetic marks associated with every day usage which we can happily point out to you should you choose to come in & inspect the vehicle, I'm sure you will be impressed with the overall condition of the vehicle for it's age though" and that would be a better way to introduce the car & highlight it's features without constantly detracting from it's positives with regular negatives. All your vehicles present well on here & look worthy of inspection, I like the concept of what you're doing as a company. All the best to you.
