This man has inspired me so much when I was first getting started with music production, and here I am, 4 years later, still watching his videos and being as amazed as I was in the beginning. Thank you so much for putting out such good content for all these years mans
I just saw them live last week. I've seen a lot of live music but Odesza live is borderline life altering. It's amazing how you captured their sound, there's just something about their sound that is so emotional. You've got an awesome talent my man, great work.
The intro quote is from Another Earth, and it’s heard in the Intro track off of A Moment Apart. Also in the song, the end of the quote cuts off. In the movie she describes that the astronaut closes his eyes and listens to music. Instead of that part of the quote, we just hear the music. Post vid edit: dude you killed it
Loving your videos lately binge watching them for a while now. It would be cool if we can see you making music uncut and unedited from start to finish And Final Form EP is still fire
YES literally making tutorials for all my fav artists! One request: could you make a tutorial for this guy named MayFlwr, his tracks are ridiculously amazing XD
10:30 I agree, in fact the genre at the base is simple, but making an original and professional track is the difficult, however you did it, great job :)
this. i never really cared about crazy sound design (i can appreciate it but it's now what makes a song good to me), but having a good MUSICAL idea and executing it well, that's where good music is made for me
@@szymondudzinski6661 In fact the idea is everything, the most famous songs are usually the most "simple" ones, Skrillex himself said said something like: there are those 2/3 fundamental elements that identify and build the track , all the rest are the details that complete it, ( in this video IN THE STUDIO WITH SKRILLEX - 6 Huge Music Production Tips From His Twitch Stream from Sol State ) then ok, it's not a rule, there are exceptions. Then of course it must sound "professional", however with a good mix.
Love your videos, Louis the Child would be great to see. A little different than the reg, less arrangement more sound design. Another Odeza would be fire as well. Keep up the good work, you motivate me to make more music.
