Now, I'm from Kentucky, so we like our Bourbon here. Not to mention mint Julips. LOL! Love your channel concept.
Thank you! Bourbon is like comfort food for me. I'm more of an Old Fashioned than a mint Julips person, but no matter what your mixed drink of choice bourbon or rye is going to beat Scotch almost every time. Cheers!

GFRCL1''2 is, if you'll pardon me, * fully matured * in Sherry Barrels though, is it not. Not a finish.

You are correct. I was generalizing when I said sherry-finished Scotch. Like Macallan, Glenfarclas ages their whisky in sherry casks for the entire maturation process. Cheers!
