The map was created by a website which says it collates incidents of what it deems to be “Christianophobia” in France and the rest of the world. Not all of the incidents took place in churches-some were fires in church halls, car parks or nativities, for example. From what we can see, the map shows incidents since December 2016.
So it's still about attacks on Christian places of worship, which is more than just fires.

My family is French, i live in US, i rarely can visit due to cost.
On my last visit in 2018, i sobbed in disbelief. While i was there, a friend got held up waiting for the train home. She just handed over all her purchases and her purse rather than be k.i.ll.ed for a few dresses and a pair of shoes😢
I went to Paris in 1979, it was my first time abroad. Loved it, though struggled a bit with the language as the French seemed to talk so fast, I couldn't understand much of what they said! Saw many great sites, Sacre Coeur Cathedral and the Louvre, for example, and walked along the River Seine. I was just with my sister but we felt safe. Our funny little hotel (astonishingly cheap) was near the Bastille Metro stop and we used the Metro to get about with no scary incidents or problems. I remember it with affection and am very, very distressed and in fact very angry to see such destruction of what was once a golden representation of Western Civilisation. The same goes for the disgusting destruction and ruination of British towns and cities and the abuse given by the incomers to our native people. Our government and the police are not doing anything to protect us, our children and our way of life from this attack so we'll be forced to protect ourselves. Get fit and strong everybody and teach your children self defence.
