Excellent Chris, Charlie is such a great speaker and a great friend. If you haven't seen his "Dead Fish Program, you have missed so many laughs in your life. Thanks for sharing this.
Your interviews always delight, entertain, and spur questions! In this case , three points come to mind : 1) I will have to hear the “Dead Fish” talk some day. 2) Biggs has voiced the corollary to “________ tastes like chicken.” 3) If I were a fish convention attendee, what species type would I be? Thanks for the laughs and insight, Jim
Soap boxing here,,,, love the vids, It seems like in many vids you have stereotypes about different kinds of fish and fish keepers. I am not new to keeping fish, but am new to the social side, meetings auctions swaps competitions. Joined gcca cichlid club, but i keep everything but live bearers. Please do a fun video about the dif. schools of fish keeping , biotope/aquascape people, line breeders, dif. fish clubs, like cichlids kilis rainbowfish etc. Give us some history of the hobby in n. america. I think you know so many ppl and dif groups with age and experience levels pls pls touch on these topics!!!!
Thank you kindly for always supporting me my friend. I honestly do not intended to direct stereotype any group of fishes of keepers however proline to some interviews when I prepare if I do know the person and their interests I do enjoy putting in jabs to see how they react. More just for fun. I love all types of fish, bugs, plants...except birds. I made a stance early on in one of the first videos with a dear friend Daniel Konn Vetterlein as he’s a bird lover...worst kind of fish keeper lol. I have had many stints over the years of keeping different groups of fish. I did Tanganyikans for about 13 years long before they were readily available. I also did several years breeding rainbow fish, corydoras, and killies. My favourite killies are the bottom pear spawners. I find every aspect of nature fascinating and the diopause of true annual lilies is one of mother nature’s most amazing tricks. The GCCA is a wonderful group of people. Mike, Jason, Mario, so many others. You are in a very good crowd and I hope you enjoy. Granted they are a specialized organization but don’t let that change your interests be it if they may to keep livebearers, characins even glo fish. You keep what you enjoy. I have a massive back log of content that needs editing as well I have a massive list of topics of which I would like to tackle on this adventure. I have added several of your ideas to said list. Thank you again for watching my friend

I’ve seen it a few dozen times. He’s been a dear friend of many years.
I actually have that presentation on my laptop
I have attended at least two presentations by Charlie ... always entertaining, especially the Dead Fish talk ;)
Nobody delivers a talk like Charlie!
Came here after watching his fish room tour with LRB aquatics.
Welcome, Charlie Grimes is legend!
I got to see and hear Charlie speak at one of my local clubs last year. He gave his famous dead fish talk, quite entertaining.
Legends don’t need to remake such talks. I have that exact talk on my laptop for inspiration
I enjoyed this!
Thank you very much Julie
