Great review focusing on the battery and showcasing the camera. I haven’t seen many reviews where they talk about the Pro’s 3x (they’re mostly about 5x on the Max). Coming from a phone with only 1 lens I was impressed by the shot that went from ultra wide to 3x. Really impressed by this and looking forward to the phone!
Also 22% by the end of the day basically is actually pretty good. On my phone I’ll need to charge it around 4/5pm so it looks like the Pro should go to at least 10pm!

It all depends on which wireless you use and where you’re located. Because the phone adjusting to different signals REALLY EFFECTS drains.
I used the base mobile iPhone 15 today for 24 hours. I am a first time iPhone user, coming from Android. I had 17% battery left at the end of the day. It was 100% at the start of the day. I think mostly people would be better off with the iPhone 15 Plus for the battery life, if battery life is your concern, or simply carry a portable battery.

@paradox_za My friend bought an iPhone 13 this year, and his battery is an all-day laster. I couldn't believe when I heard about Apple ruining it in their 14 series.
60 hz is atrocious tho.

Great job! I’m enjoying my 15pro
I bought the 15 pro and and changed it for the 15 Pro max size again. I do like the smaller screen but the battery for me was no good as I’m a power user and it’s always on as I do courier work, use it as navigation, job app including signatures , email, text , invoice and music,TH-cam for 10-12 hour days then home . I did give it a day to index in the background but still needed to be charged twice. I don’t really use the 5 times zoom so that wasn’t a factor for me. Always on display OFF plus have it on dark mode did help a little .
Hopefully next year Apple will bring the 15 pro up a tiny little bit in size with a bigger battery

In general, 5 hours of screen, this is a very short operating time... And if we charge only up to 80 percent, then it won’t even last 4 hours... Although I like the size 15 pro, the choice is obvious towards 15 pro max...
why would you only charge to 80 if you need the phone all day
charging it to 80 preserves the battery health. @@itsyehboy

Good quality video. I just bought the 15 pro, really like it but I hate how slippery it is.
I think turning off 5g and using 4g would make a huge difference! 4g is more than enough for phone usage and saves a ton of battery for me at least.
You shouldn't need to scale down on modern features to make room for battery...
5G does consume more battery. I also use 4G to prevent it from heating up.
@@bj0urneUsing 5G all the time is like recording on 4K60 all the time. Use them only when necessary, is the point.

Thier is an issue with the phone , it heats a lot on full brightness and its battery is not good as well . I used it for two days and returned it .😢

Since iPhone 15 pro has usb-c type 3 , it's transferring the data way faster than before.
@@KaiPetrov That's great to hear. So many reviewers seem to use the super-slow Airdrop, but I don't hear about the USB-C performance that TH-camrs have been crying for. Hopefully, Peace Gates shows us on a future video.
I am currently using a 1TB ssd to transfer my recorded videos directly on 15pro. The speed is industry standard 3.2 which is really fast. No problem there

I don’t really understand how people get this little from their batteries. I’ve been getting more battery life out of my 13 mini, and now I’m getting at least 10+ hours screen time usually even more out of my 15 pro max using pretty much the same apps as the guy in the video, playing games shooting photos and videos and such with the always on screen always on because it looks cool

I do sports photography so having to switch over to 5x telephoto lens on a phone would be a great change since I don't have to carry around my heavy gears day to day.
LOL as a photographer You should know how short 120mm actually is. With wildlife (mainly birds) even 300mm is short for me.

Yes, I love the size form factor of the regular pro, but the battery life is a let down. The guy was at 83% after simple tasks… So I’ll just stick to the Pro Max despite its wonky size.

I got the 15 pro natural titanium , pro max is so bigger for my hand that was the reason , 80 percent battery is nothing , so i charge it till 90 perecent

I upgraded from a 12 pro and the processing is way WAY better it's insane. Idk about the 13 and 14 tho

@@craighayes985 Yellow tint in the pictures or in the display? I haven't noticed anything like that. If you're talking about pictures, I took the same picture on my 15 pro and on a 14 pro max with night mode and the 14 did have a slightly warmer "yellower" compared to mine. You can turn HDR off but only for videos. I'm no longer seeing the issue where the picture would become extremely over sharpened though

Very good video, I have ios 17.2.1 and my battery goes down a lot I find I do a lot of tiktok and some videos on my phone and in 30 minutes of tiktok I lose around 7 or 8 percent is this normal and what ios do you have?? THANKS
using ip 13 pro which is perfect for me and i think its the most balanced phone. only i will upgrade when they will provide around 13 to 15 hr battery back up in pro model , max is not suitable for me .
I have the base 13 and love the battery life. I’m not a power user but knowing how bad the battery life is on 15 pro scares me. I’m traveling a lot next year and I know I’ll be using much more than usual so I’m on the fence upgrading. The 15 pro max isn’t suitable for me either.

I bought Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC 2021 in use for 3 years one day from 100% to 1-2% in 7-8 hours without recharging
coming from an mid range andriod user this is quite the upgrade in tech but there is some things that I miss from my android that makes me wanna switch back.
