No. In fact, such a notion is incompatible with the graphic prophesies that we find in the Tanakh. What I mean by that is when the age of Moshiach arrives it will be obvious, and self evident. So everyone will know it. So if anything, such as the Noahide laws, HAD TO BE ENFORCED, than we should know that the age of Moshiach has not yet arrived.
