In the storyline Matty hasn't had top surgery yet so Isaac is trying to show that to "prove he's a woman". In real life Ash, the actor, has had top surgery long ago so that's why there is no clearer shot.
@@arno8440 ikr, I'm a trans guy too and I've never been able to relate to anyone on tv more. My mum has been a bit iffy about me transitioning but seeing Matty go through it is starting to change her for the better.
In a lot of cases it's worse, in the last 5 years over 1,500 people have been killed in transphobic attacks. This stuff does go on in real life and it can make life pretty scary for trans people.
