- This video has a few MTA Long Island Bus Orion CNG buses making stops at Roosevelt Field Mall:
Orion VII NG CNG #1732 on the N22 to Hicksville
Orion VII NG CNG #1731 on the N22 to Jamaica
Orion V CNG #1584 on the N35 to Westbury
Orion VII NG CNG #1728 on the N27 to Glen Cove
This video ends a bit abruptly because a mall security truck was nearby, so I didn't want them to see me with a camera out as photography is not allowed on SIMON Malls property. After ending the video, I walked into the mall and was not bothered by security.
And now these are vintage videos since these buses are all retired
Good 👍 Job I love it 👍
Good job from David steiner loves it
He didn't want no one to find about him letting people stand in front of the standee line
First bus driver "don't take no pictures!". Umm no we are allowed
I love mta video
From David steiner loves mta
@XxLiLGiJoE17xX Nassau owns most of the fleet, and the MTA owned portion of it is being leased to Nassau so the fleet is the same. Fare is the same through next year...still no guarantee for metrocard or transfers to the MTA in NYC. Veolia will keep all service the same through next year.
@dontwalkhand you are correct, contract approved by NIFA today. say goodbye to LIB at the end of the month. in case you don't know, they're calling it NICE (Nassau Inter-County Express) of all things. Yeah, with their budget, I'm sure it'll be a VERY NICE bus system indeed. The county should've just payed the MTA, but NO.
@clarkloveselevators that bus operator should know that MTA policy ALLOWS photography... in this case the only thing that could have stopped me from taking pictures was mall security. if i was out on the street or on the bus they can't do anything since the street is public property and the MTA allows photos on the bus.
I love mta bus
This bus is retired
Ok so with this NICE veolia bus transit...will it still be the same ORion VII and CNG....with the same fare of $2.25...and will there be a cut of lines...or different lines with different routes...etc??
Then they were sold off the mta and put on *NICE*
same with the MTA, just some MTA employees tend to not know the MTA rules or they make up their own rules.
Transit +PLUS DEAD TRUE
@ih8thyssenkrupp YEAH!
