This recipe is NOT Babi Pongteh but Hokkien 'Tau Yu Bak'. A look of it doesn't seems nice, too runny. Sauce should cook thick thicken to coat the meat, beside you should at least add in mushroom even if u minus potatoes.

Not sure whether babi pongteh but it is not tau yu bak, tau yup bak doesn't need bean paste and palm sugar and uses other herbs.
