Id rate it a 9 cause you can always improve something, but it for sure makes you faster

I actually didn't get to run this season cause I was hurt, but I'm trying to get low 11 maybe under, I'm not crazy fast yet

SP2 or SP3....tried them both?

I only tried the sp3, they are easier to get

I never tried the maxflys but I love the adidas sp3, it feels good on the curve and they give a lot of energy return
