Hi Rafa Great 105 videos. Took my gear mount out today. Heating it up really helps but do be honest needs a blow torch to get some proper heat into it. The electric heat gun did not do much for me. After heating it with a blow torch the mount came out within minutes. Putting in new one: Again blow torch to heat up the rim and then put in the overnight frozen new mount into the hot him. Almost slips in on its own.😀
Hallo Rafa, hatte genau das gleiche Problem. Habe alles neu gemacht und es hat immer noch nicht funktioniert! Ich glaube das es an der ne Welle liegt die einfach nicht feingewuchtet ist. Ich habe mir selbst geholfen und eine Schlauchschelle an die Wellen gemacht hat zwar lange gedauert bis ich es an die richtige Stelle gebracht habe (Auto auf Bühne runter testen und wieder auf Bühne) siehe da es ist nicht mehr da. Es ist nicht fachmännisch aber geht! Mache so weiter es gef mir sehr gut! Liebe Grüße Ralf

I wasn’t so lucky with the rear gearbox mount/bushing. I had to cut mine out. Beat on it for an hour first and it wouldn’t budge. Another great video! Thanks!
Hallo Rafa, erst mal vielen Dank für die tollen Videos, die du machst. Ich finde sie extrem hilfreich!! Ich suche derzeit nach einer Strenspeichenfelge für meine Berlina 2000 Bj 76. Ich habe gesehen, das du auf deinem Bertone sehr schon Sternspeichen fährst. Kannst du mir sagen, was das für Felgen sind und evtl. wo man sie bekommt. Vielen Dank im Voraus!
Hallo, habe ein Frage, heute nach dem öl wechseln bei spider 115 2.0l ist die öldrück beim Stand Gas of 0 bei Gas geben ghet unter 4 , öl Typ 20w50 was kann sein?
Schönes informatives Video. Wenn du jetzt noch auf e Mail antworten lernst, läuft es. Macht ja irgendwie wenig Sinn, bei Anfragen auf seine Mailadresse zu verweisen und dann nicht zu antworten.

Just a quick tip, use a pull through press when removing the transmission mount bushing. Bashing around cast aluminum usually ends in tears 😅
Great if you have a press.
@chrisb7259 a simple puller can be made from a threaded rod, some washers and spacers ;)

If it was the first Bushing i understand :) .You have to warm up the case very much.
@@rafasgarage105 Yes, maybe I needed more heat on the case. But it was out of the car and easy to cut.
@@rafasgarage105 does heating the case help at all? wouldnt the case get expand due to heat while the bushing wouldnt get any heat at all
Hello, yes it helps a lot.it also works without heating but then you have to spend just more force.
@@alessandromeyer4888 aluminium and steel expand at a different rate when heated, the aluminium been softer will expand faster.

Vielen Dank, das sind Felgen vom Hersteller Stilauto. Wurden in der Zeit oftmals verbaut.
