I also think I finally found an ID on 11:38 : Clitocybe sclerotoidea. It's a fairly weird and rare one in the Pacific Northwest. It parasitizes Helvella mushrooms, creating that large lump they erupt from.
That's amazing! Thank-you...I didn't think of parasitic species. I checked it out and you're 100% correct-It's them. There were several Helvella crispa under that tree in 2023.. Case solved! Thanks again.
The polylpore at 8:18 looks like Picipes badius to me. That distinctive dark stipe gives it the common name black-footed polypore.
