He really took the most straightforward and realest way to say this. I really don’t know what to say…….a random 2 minute video that just shows up on my fyp as I’m endlessly scrolling and calls me out even in my comfort zone. Reality is really hitting hard right now...…. I don’t have any enemies, the only enemy is myself.. that’s so true… I’ll honestly watch this everyday. It’s painfully comforting, leaves me in deep thought, makes me realize that everyone has it hard, and every successful person had it hard too, yet they got though. They most likely took a step. A step that I still haven’t took…..

Fun Fact: The reason why you feel stuck is that you rely too much on willpower and have unrealistic expectations. This is especially true when you don’t take action immediately and instead overthink things, which drains your willpower. The way to break this cycle is to start small without overthinking. What I mean is to commit to doing something you want to do for at least 3 minutes. Most people can maintain this but some struggle. If you do this daily, you’ll develop discipline and it will eventually become a habit. I used to be like this. I thought that the only way to avoid feeling stuck was to do everything, jumping from one task to another without taking actions, all overthinking, after 6 years of procrastinating my life. As an 18 year old woman, I realized that the only way forward was to just start, no matter how small the step. I began working out for 5 minutes. Fast forward after 2 months, I now work out for 45 minutes to an hour and a half. Even when I feel lazy, I still do it for at least ten minutes. The interesting thing is that whenever the timer goes off, I would often keep going which makes me feel proud to myself. It’s still not a habit for me yet, where I would do it automatically without relying on willpower. Still, I’m glad that now I’m in the discipline stage
“Watching these videos, feeling a spark of motivation, and then doing nothing.” Never heard truer words. Best of luck to everyone trying to achieve their goals. Good luck everybody!❤
A gentle reminder: Change without care is just more damage. So take care, surround yourself with the people who believes in you no matter what, and that growth too, involves healing.
@@averageyoutubeuser4248 But do you actually want that? You want to stay alone forever getting better at only one thing only for the sake of it? Nobody wants that. What you want is validation from people. And there is nothing wrong with that, everyone does. Even if you are doing it for the enjoyment of winning, getting better, seeing your enemies lose (which is all respectable) you can not not be social. We are social creatures, stop copping, go outside and talk to someone.
@@averageyoutubeuser4248 That approach doesn't work for everyone, that's the thing. People are not just noise - a lot of us are naturally social and do better with the support of loved ones, family and friends.
The only reason I clicked this video is because for the past 22 days, I've seen 2222 everywhere, and this video is 2:22 min long, and the topic of the video is what I've been thinking about
Jesus this was a wakeup call. I just found out I failed almost all my high school subjects and I am so disappointed in myself as an aspiring but very lazy engineer. I'm sick of being ordinary, sick of being below average, sick of being boring and lazy, and sick of not improving. This is the last time I let myself become a failure, not again, not ever.
People with ADHD often feel that they are failures, lazy etc & unable to keep routines/motivation up, despite wanting to change. Have you ever considered you might have ADHD? I wish someone had told me this in high school, because I had to crash hard in college to get diagnosed... Lazy people don't feel like failures, they are Tom Sawyers. There is a difference between procrastination and executive function issues/dopamine levels. It's worth looking into ADHD, because if you have it, understanding it and having medication will change your life -- and even if you don't have ADHD, learning about it will help you learn how motivation works alongside dopamine in the brain, that will give you a great guide for how to improve your brain DIY as you wish... The way you are talking about yourself, i talked about myself for 20 years, and I always wish someone had told me sooner, so I will tell you: you're not a failure, you're not lazy, if you want to change and struggle despite will to do so, then you just might need to look at your brain a little differently. Best of luck in life.
@@somuchbetteroffthisway thank you so much for all your advice, I will look into it for sure. I want to achieve so badly, but im so scared ill screw up again after a year of chronic procrastination.
Something that stuck with me for a good and made me realize: I am afraid to have a better life because i'm weary of the responsibilities that come with it. Im weary of that people will depend on me more. Im fearful I will fail. Its easier to dream of what could be then dare to be great. Honestly don't know how to get past that, but sitting with myself and realizing it was huge.
(Warning: extremely long and personal belief -based yappathon incoming!) I believe that letting yourself feel the emotions that are holding you back and letting the pain (whatever it may be) that causes the fear, to come out in a healthy way (i recommend crying, feels good) is the best way to begin making progress in life. Without your mentals being in check accomplishing anything feels nearly impossible and unrewarding. I also think that lingering in that state of fear leads to unnecessary guilt, which can further increase those negative feelings of yourself. By being honest about how you feel is very important to letting go of guilt (for me atleast it is). On this new year's eve i had probably the best cry of my life, supported and comforted by loving friends. By letting myself be vulnerable and getting rid of that "coccoon", if that makes sense, i felt like i was letting my inner self to finally begin growing again. Kind of like how tarantulas molt. To clarify: i'm not saying that you can only process these emotions by crying on someone's shoulder, but i personally find it to be pretty effective. (I don't study psychology, just speaking from personal experience) Just be careful on who you decide to open up to if you choose that route, the wrong person could make your situation infinitely worse. That isn't to say that you shouldn't trust anybody, of course. Lastly I'd like to mention that when it comes to having good friends and family i pretty much hit the jackpot and it is something i'm forever thankful for. I'm aware that the privilage of supportive friends and/or family is not something everyone has or is able to have, and that i'm so incredibly lucky in that department it's not even funny.
Bro you literally opened my eyes. I've been wasting my time all along...afraid to change myself, but this gave me some serious motivation. Thanks man!!
This the best and honest advice anyone can give, there is no hacks or help, you will suffer, and bear the pain of change because we already know the answer, its just we are scared to confront the darkness, demon and the truth that we were weak and pathetic all along, but if its to live a great life in future and have no regrets, we must embrace the pain now and win on every second of our small decisions, so we can become someone we envisioned
It's good advice but leaves out the ingredient missing in most people. You don't have this ingredient because you can't see it accurately. Take new year's resolutioners at the gym. Where do they all go come february? Why do some stick to it, and others don't? The hardest part is starting? Maybe sometimes, but sometimes you have this rush that makes you start, and then you can't keep going once it fades. Here's the most crucial activity for self improvement, the missing ingredient, why so many fail: rest If you want to be consistent, you have to be able to rest. If you do something all the time without rest, you will not get better at it. You will get worse at it. You will burn out, and then doing it will feel like facing something you're afraid of, because you have this psychological conditioning that you have built working against you. And none of that hard work will pay off. Muscle is built, not at the gym, but while you are asleep. The gym breaks down the muscle, and then if allowed to rest, instigates hypertrophy. This is the same way your brain works in essence. Pruning and repairing and maintaining neural connections occurs during sleep, and even during waking rest. YOU NEED TO TAKE BREAKS. It's so easy to get a rush of inspiration and think "I'm gonna get ahead of everyone by going even ON rest days." And you're gonna do that. And you're gonna make some progress at first. Then it'll stop. Then the exhaustion sets in and the inspiration fades. Then your progress is gonna start slipping away, even though you're still working at it. And you're going to think "What am I doing wrong." Here's what: you're so hellbent on avoiding the easy route, the shortcuts, that you are ironically taking a shortcut. You think if you work inhumanly, then you'll become above human, but no. The only thing you're working toward, if you kept going, is a grave. It is a skill that is paramount to growth, to know when to rest, and to be able to stop resting and hit it harder this time when the time is right. To resist deferring rest, to resist indulging in rest. Growth, strength, skills, intelligence, they all are cultivated by an optimal cycle of 1. pushing yourself, and then 2. pacing yourself. The unimproved have a habit of conflating resting with giving up. A habit of excusing pushing too much, or pacing too much. If you want to make change, you need to commit to it. If you want to commit to it, it needs to be sustainable. If you can't make it sustainable, THAT is giving up. Indeed, take relentless steps toward a better you, a better future, a better life. But sometimes the next step is laying down and going to sleep. Sometimes the next step is letting yourself sit and breathe. Sometimes the next step is kicking a cold. Sometimes the next step is taking a day or two off. Tall buildings must bend lest they break. If there is only one narrow, rigid, brittle, fragile path to your goal, you will fail. And it doesn't have to be that way. You're the architect here, and if you have excluded possible solutions for no real reason, you're a bad architect. There is a difference between excusing and adapting. Earn your rest, and be like water.
@kristofnagy1373 Well duh, everyone is their own problem in their life, everyone controls their own destiny. I was just saying that the guy way stating it in an unnecessarily negative way
For those who recognized the song without the description: (but all seriousness this is genuinely what some people need and I’m glad that there are actually considerate people on the internet.)
It's ok bro just stay where you are and don't progress, all the things that you were supposed to achieve or get will be taken by someone else, stay comfortable where you are and me or someone else will be having sex with the woman that was supposed to be the love of your life, or drive your dream car, or win with the friends you were supposed to get, or get your dream job. It's ok bro don't worry about it.
@@fer9137 the Larp goes crazy lol, stop playing a character that isn't you. the "locking in" messaging on the internet right now is basically guaranteeing that people are going to burn out repeating the cycle of inching forward to give up the next day. the real way to improve is to slightly change your habits in a sense that you can continue without feeling the burn out. also idk whats with the toxic stance your taking, did i say something to personally offend you? an insane lock in is only going to get you to repeat the cycle of a 2 day lock in and relapsing into self hatred. but to each there own i guess.
I have to say, these kind of motivational channels really do help. Not because of the motivation itself, but because it reminds me of my goals, the goals I want to achieve. So thanks, Methodical Mind. And have merry christmas and a nice end of a year. It certainly has been a good 3 months for me lately.
@Mayur_Mousam_Baruah Oh, dont worry about that, I actively do that every single day. Still, strategy without hard work is just empty promises. They go hand in hand. If you don't do the work, you simply fall behind. Being more efficient does not necessarily imply using less energy. Sometimes, it means the same amount of energy in less time, more *Power* ...yet, what if you are simply not able to perform? To do the work? Sometimes, we simply need an initial spark, activation energy. We have the ability to do so, yet we cant bring ourselves to doing so in the moment. That, is motivation. However, it starts becoming more expensive the more you use it, less effective. That's why we keep the system going. With a bit of momentum, you may not need that spark. ...Yeah, a bunch of physics analogies. But, within ideas lies its own truth. Seek for yourself the truth, and make it your own. Have a nice day.
I agree with what most of this person is saying, however I will like to mention how there are still external factors that you yourself cannot alter no matter how hard you try. That doesn’t mean it’s impossible to do better, but it will make it less likely. So remember to not stress yourself out nor put yourself down simply over things you want change in, such as repetitive work environments that is clearly dragging you down as a person and preventing you from accomplishing what you wish, and is also an option you can never release yourself from. Just do what you’re capable of and don’t feel pressured to compare yourself to other people.
I second this. For things to really break through, sometimes it takes the right situation to show itself that we have no control over if we've been struggling to make headway, even if with the effort
@ exactly, we cannot just choose to change simply because we already know what to do, tell that to someone who has a 9-5 office job in order to survive, who wants to spend more time improving himself without overworking-
@ its unfortunately sad for most people of the working class nowadays you cant just feel determined to change when the only thing holding you back is a job you require in order to survive. America economy in a nutshell.
Even though this video's format looks pretty edgy, i have to agree that you are right, especially at 1:34. That's why i wont watch any of the other videos you made but work on myself. I'll tell you my progress in 3 months. Thanks
This is lowkey the first video that really spoke to ME, the thing is- I'm never on the receiving end of advice or comfort of encouragement. I'm the therapist friend, that knows exactly what to say and do to uplift people and get them motivated.. to the point it feels like manipulation. I always say what I wanna hear or would like to hear, that's how I speak to people and get them to confide in me. because it gives me false sense of being superior. My own words mean absolutely nothing to me anymore. I do not get motivated by mere words nor by competition, petty insults or fear. but this- it just worked. thank you, random stranger. I'll remember you.
This perfectly describes what I have been doing all along without realizing. Thank you for this video, your videos help me to self reflect and to change.
For me i know about all of this already but i just cant get myself to stop, i hate it but i struggle getting myself to do things i need to over things that bring me joy, idk why but i just cant seem to get myself to follow through with it
@@CodeHiiro you need help, someone to keep pushing you, could be anyone you respect, your dad, your mom, or your brother, or you could really just force yourself, set timers and remind yourself that you must
@@Gozieaaa I never used to have to study then my mum got with a friend she knew for a while atp and I used to not mind him but ever since then I have started disliking him a bit more, especially when he was forcing me to studying when my mum was never really strict on me and I go to my dads every second weekend, my dad at times seems disappointed at my progress, like he even said to me once that he thought my programming skills were better than they actually are and he has tried to get me to do stuff, but I can never seem to get myself to do this even when ppl try to get me to a decent amount of the time, idk why I'm like this, can't even get myself to do certain daily self health care stuff
Everybody here speaks of the content, which truly is magical. You know what is more extraordinary? His voice. It's like the gentle caress of a lover- soothing, levelled and calm. The voice sounds like an intoxicating mixture of concern with a hint of firmness and rebuke delivered with tenderness- propelling you in the right direction. The kind of voice that surrounds you like comfort in the midst of a storm. I can't help but listen to it over and over again, first thing every morning, every day and it does wonders.
So true....discomfort, rejection and even disappointment are common painful feelings people who succeeded big definitely have experienced on their journey
Always a treat when content creators think they know the hearts and minds of millions of people, and, in this case, despite the vast complexity of human nature, thinks there's only one reason everyone fails at the topic shared.
When you truly understand stuff like this you find so many other things and think so much and just completely understand and you hear the things that aren't being said
No no, you’re right. I do want to stay stuck. Stuck in a loop on the inside. I’ll never let it show outside, but I crave the stagnation. But I also despise myself. So I push forwards. The only thing that truly hurts is forcing myself out there. So by the gods, I’ll keep “improving.” As I always have.
The sad thing is, even after watching this, I know it’s the truth, and I’ll still not do anything to stop my habits. People don’t change, pal. You make the change yourself, and I’m not heading that way. Heading towards my way to failure. My fault, I guess
Then the place you need to start is by getting yourself ready to stop lying to yourself. or if you really want to get better in life, you don't need to be ready. just do it.
Start with making your bed every day. Try to do 1%better everyday. That's better than doing 50% the next day just to go back. Get used to that 1%, then another 1%, if you went back to square one, keep the 1% mindset.
yeaah... this tune from "If you've made no progress, please watch this..." video of yours. Aweesome! This melody + such crucial and useful things said in the video give me goosebumps. Thanks, bro😎😏🤜🤛
I’m glad I’m past the point in my development as a person that I don’t need this to progress. Thank you anyway, for giving the harsh but oh so necessary reality check to get people moving on their respective paths, and for giving me a reminder of how far I’ve come and to not let myself return to that destructive cycle.
2 Corinthians 12:9 - “My grace is all you need, for my power is the greatest when you are weak.” Psalm 73:26 - "My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever." Nehemiah 8:10 - "Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength."
No. You listen here and listen good. I'm 33 and unable to be a partner, maintain love, or be a father in any healthy way due to two deep, deep traumas. I've been blind of this my whole life until three weeks ago, and immediately made new appointments with professionals. My point is this. How dare you gaslight your audience as to believe a singularity is truth. What I'm going thru will take years, but I'm making the effort to make things happen for my own self. Immediately, without hesitation. My subconscious reacts to care as a threat. How dare you act like this is something everyone has the self insight and wisdom to even know it's effecting them, how dare you bring shame to others because of some generalization you've convinced yourself in. I can tell that you have a lot to learn. To anyone who needs to hear this, believe and stand up for yourself. Sometimes the fog in the air haunts us due to times past that we can't handle to remember.
Guys you don't have to feel guilty and ashamed for not being like a fictional character like ayanokoji. It is impossible TO BE LIKE him. Just take small good things from him and move on in life. It is peaceful, and guilt free.
This video is helping me so much - I listen to it every day before my work, around the time of evening I usually feel sleepy. It focuses me every re-watch. The captivating soundtrack, the mesmerizing pictures, the piercing words on the screen; shattering our excuses and then all coalescing into this work of art's final, sincere encouragement: 'You got this bro'
nice vid. it’s good to remind people that true success comes from within, through inner peace and self acceptance. nothing outside of you determines your worth in the first place. it’s best to live in your timeline, do your own thing, and enjoy the process. everything works out in its own personal timing. having the motivation is one thing, but it’s worth it to have the discipline, having that kind of discipline sparks something within you that helps with being consistent. there’s going to be times where you aren’t and that’s okay. we’re alive so we can learn and grow. you’re always learning, growing, and progressing, it just helps to be self aware. as long as you’re still breathing and living a personally fulfilling life, that’s all what matters in the end. knowing who you are and what you want to do in life are stuff that’s dealt with on a personal level. without shame or guilt, use it as a chance to get to know yourself more. you provide great value to the world by just being alive
2025 resolution. The thing is, it’s literal midnight run and I’m most likely gonna forget all about this the next day. Gotta find a way to stamp this into my mind.
I'm 13. My brother is 20 and my life-long goal is to surpass him in every aspect, no matter what. If I can get better than him I can retire my family. The goal is to surpass him so I can retire my family while they are still in this dimension and hope my younger brother's with special needs will have everything they want in life. If I don't retire them by the time I am 25, I quit. That is the sole reason I keep going.
Brodie don't try to be better than someone. You're no better than anyone. And do it for yourself. Not to freaking surpass your brother or anything like that. Do it for yourself.
omg, I really needed someone to tell me this , cuz I knew deep inside that I've been lying to myself , but I've never been brave enough to admit it , thank you so much for this video bro
Ill tell you a quote you probably don't know "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." -Albert Einstein, Good luck and welcome to the new you.
This really opened my eyes to things. I wanna get in med school but I'm in high school & currently need to get good grades, obviously I need to study but sometimes I don't do it as often because my goals are too high & leave me unmotivated. This really helped.
Excuses you set for yourself, keep moving forward, put yourself out there, hurt yourself finding something you wanna dedicate yourself to and strive to do it.
I just want to say, thank you. For such a long time I've wanted to be a writer. But I've been avoiding actually starting a draft because I'm scared it won't be good enough. But a few days ago I first saw this video and started writing. I've taken small steps like reading other books for a sort of inspiration and well, just telling my friends and family what I want to do. Now I'm working on what I'd call dumb and cringe fanfictions that I haven't even made public yet, one day I aspire to publish something. Thank you God and TH-cam to letting this pop up on my fyp, and thank you for making this and motivating me to stop pushing it off. I wish you extremely well in this new year ❤❤
"This video was an absolute game-changer! 🙌 The way you broke down the psychology behind [specific topic] was so insightful, and it really got me thinking about how I approach things in my own life. Keep up the amazing work-your content is both inspiring and educational!"
The video is about how people often sabotage their own success because they are afraid of change. The speaker argues that people are often comfortable with failure because it allows them to avoid taking responsibility for their own lives. He encourages viewers to take action and start making progress, no matter how small.

Thank you for calling me out FYP gods . And thank you for making this video Also damn I wish I wasn’t so depressed lol . And btw I’m no anime character . I don’t have that hero ark but I’ll try :)
TH-cam should've recommended this a few months ago. Maybe then it would've impacted me more but I've already realised what I need to do and I am truly trying. I've been so tired of this "me" and I finally started creating a new me that I am happy with. Not every day is going to be massive progress and, for the majority of days, they'll be boring but every bit counts. You have around 30,000 days to live and that number is ticking down each day. Going forward, try making each day a day you won't regret using up because, one day, you'll run out
Idk what's up with the TH-cam algorithm. I open TH-cam and use it for 10 minutes or something and then I get these videos like a slap on the face to get back to study.
God, finally someone talking about this, I already knew, I didn't understand this feeling, I knew it existed, but I didn't know exactly what it was, this is the most realistic video I've ever seen in my entire life, I'll watch it whenever I'm procrastinating, or not paying attention to something important, when I'm deviating from my goals, I'll try to change until I succeed
i’ve been in bed rest for around 2 months consistently now, everytime i get up i’m unable to walk, my legs shake, my ears ring, my vision goes blurry, and i fall to the ground. I’ve been trying so hard, and i’ve been able to make progress. I can now walk downstairs without feeling utterly sick to my stomach, anywhere after that is where i start to feel it again. But i push through and everyday i feel like i can take one extra step. i push through pain and pressure everyday just to do basic things like, brushing my hair, showering, getting food, or anything else. But i know one day i’ll actually be able to break free of my awful pain i’ve been experiencing and i’ll get to be a normal teenager like everyone else, so i can go to school or hangout with my friends. You should be more grateful that you’re able to walk in the mornings, and see the people you love, like how i will again someday. That was my message to help encourage you to not give up, you got this.
Man kind of true, i have a small crush at school, and this video is 100% true, i have all information, goals and information to ask her out but i still stop myself wifh excuses waiting fkr something
at some point you use the excuse that because you couldn’t do something before, you can’t do it now. your failures are merely outcomes to reflect on, not a determining factor. sometimes the biggest difference between failure and success is whether or not you believe you can. good luck.
I just finished working out, doing skin care and now relaxing before reading, knocking realism into me and telling me I should do it tommorow and not quit is good

WHY IS THAT RELATABLE
Well , I don't have people that believe in me

Jesus this was a wakeup call. I just found out I failed almost all my high school subjects and I am so disappointed in myself as an aspiring but very lazy engineer. I'm sick of being ordinary, sick of being below average, sick of being boring and lazy, and sick of not improving. This is the last time I let myself become a failure, not again, not ever.
I believe in you 🗿
People with ADHD often feel that they are failures, lazy etc & unable to keep routines/motivation up, despite wanting to change.
Feeling disappointed and failing on purpose is a insult to those you motivate and support you, remember that, rememba-.............
I wouldn't say the hardest part is the start, it's to stay confident and motivated of your project, and to stay sane about it
I agree 100%
Something that stuck with me for a good and made me realize: I am afraid to have a better life because i'm weary of the responsibilities that come with it. Im weary of that people will depend on me more. Im fearful I will fail. Its easier to dream of what could be then dare to be great.
Honestly don't know how to get past that, but sitting with myself and realizing it was huge.
I feel the same way.
I'm really scared to make any progress.
(Warning: extremely long and personal belief -based yappathon incoming!)
I believe that letting yourself feel the emotions that are holding you back and letting the pain (whatever it may be) that causes the fear, to come out in a healthy way (i recommend crying, feels good) is the best way to begin making progress in life.
(I don't study psychology, just speaking from personal experience)
Just be careful on who you decide to open up to if you choose that route, the wrong person could make your situation infinitely worse.

U just took this video from edgy to funny in seconds
Me neither. I've had 0 goals since middle school
Bro’s cooked
Okay that was funny.
Bro you literally opened my eyes. I've been wasting my time all along...afraid to change myself, but this gave me some serious motivation. Thanks man!!
Did u make a difference? Be honest
Here's the most crucial activity for self improvement, the missing ingredient, why so many fail: rest
If you want to be consistent, you have to be able to rest.
Nope. It's not that I'm comfortable with failure, it's that I'm not comfortable stepping on the path to success, and those are 2 different things
Still you are the problem. Always have been
@kristofnagy1373 Well duh, everyone is their own problem in their life, everyone controls their own destiny. I was just saying that the guy way stating it in an unnecessarily negative way
For those who recognized the song without the description: (but all seriousness this is genuinely what some people need and I’m glad that there are actually considerate people on the internet.)
the problem is when you realized this a year ago and still aren't motivated
It's ok bro just stay where you are and don't progress, all the things that you were supposed to achieve or get will be taken by someone else, stay comfortable where you are and me or someone else will be having sex with the woman that was supposed to be the love of your life, or drive your dream car, or win with the friends you were supposed to get, or get your dream job.
It's ok bro don't worry about it.
@@fer9137 nah this actually made me mad af im gonna lock in now lmfao
@@fer9137 the Larp goes crazy lol, stop playing a character that isn't you. the "locking in" messaging on the internet right now is basically guaranteeing that people are going to burn out repeating the cycle of inching forward to give up the next day. the real way to improve is to slightly change your habits in a sense that you can continue without feeling the burn out. also idk whats with the toxic stance your taking, did i say something to personally offend you? an insane lock in is only going to get you to repeat the cycle of a 2 day lock in and relapsing into self hatred. but to each there own i guess.
@leafyizhere You got this.
@@LUKE-oe7mg ? he tryna motivate u
Sometimes, it means the same amount of energy in less time, more *Power*
...yet, what if you are simply not able to perform? To do the work? Sometimes, we simply need an initial spark, activation energy. We have the ability to do so, yet we cant bring ourselves to doing so in the moment.
That, is motivation. However, it starts becoming more expensive the more you use it, less effective.
That's why we keep the system going. With a bit of momentum, you may not need that spark.
...Yeah, a bunch of physics analogies. But, within ideas lies its own truth. Seek for yourself the truth, and make it your own.
Have a nice day.
@@Javy_Chand motivation is a stupid dependancy
@ exactly, we cannot just choose to change simply because we already know what to do, tell that to someone who has a 9-5 office job in order to survive, who wants to spend more time improving himself without overworking-
You have to use it fuel you lol
@ its unfortunately sad for most people of the working class nowadays you cant just feel determined to change when the only thing holding you back is a job you require in order to survive. America economy in a nutshell.

I always say what I wanna hear or would like to hear, that's how I speak to people and get them to confide in me. because it gives me false sense of being superior.
My own words mean absolutely nothing to me anymore. I do not get motivated by mere words nor by competition, petty insults or fear. but this- it just worked.

My point is this.
How dare you gaslight your audience as to believe a singularity is truth.
What I'm going thru will take years, but I'm making the effort to make things happen for my own self. Immediately, without hesitation.
My subconscious reacts to care as a threat.
How dare you act like this is something everyone has the self insight and wisdom to even know it's effecting them, how dare you bring shame to others because of some generalization you've convinced yourself in.

nice vid. it’s good to remind people that true success comes from within, through inner peace and self acceptance. nothing outside of you determines your worth in the first place. it’s best to live in your timeline, do your own thing, and enjoy the process. everything works out in its own personal timing. having the motivation is one thing, but it’s worth it to have the discipline, having that kind of discipline sparks something within you that helps with being consistent. there’s going to be times where you aren’t and that’s okay. we’re alive so we can learn and grow. you’re always learning, growing, and progressing, it just helps to be self aware. as long as you’re still breathing and living a personally fulfilling life, that’s all what matters in the end. knowing who you are and what you want to do in life are stuff that’s dealt with on a personal level. without shame or guilt, use it as a chance to get to know yourself more. you provide great value to the world by just being alive

Going forward, try making each day a day you won't regret using up because, one day, you'll run out

i’ve been in bed rest for around 2 months consistently now, everytime i get up i’m unable to walk, my legs shake, my ears ring, my vision goes blurry, and i fall to the ground.
