Funny thing is the guy voicing him actually voiced Zenitsu from demon slayer

"Jinoo" (Silent 'W') is how they pronounce it in Korean. So, if anything, they're just being accurate. Please educate yourself before criticizing things.

Not neccessarily wrong on the whole everyone else dying concept you just have to say the spider quickly killed most of the party but the strongest ranked guy killed the boss but died in the process something like finished the spider off just before succumbing to the spiders venom or something like that.

The voice actor for Jin Woo in the Japanese dub coughed up blood during a recording session. As a result, he is likely taking a break to rest his voice.

VA allegedly coughed up blood because of his screams from Episode 4. The Japanese VA is the best there is. Everyone's commenting on the emotion he has. Someone said the director commented about the blood, so take that with a grain of salt.

Not really they just pronounce the n and w differently but they are still there . If it were like you said there would hardly be any difference between jinwoo and jinhoo🙄

Nah, the dub goes harder IMO.
The system never said to kill them only to defeat them or your heart will stop. The system never said that it would make his heart stop. I think basically the system was telling him that the strike force were going to kill him (hence heart stop) so he had to defeat them. Jin Woo took defeat for killing.He made the decision to kill. He could have wounded them and walked away.
Not true if you ever played an rpg you know that defeating them means you have to kill them. The system wouldn't make that quest if they hadn't made their intentions clear and jinwoo said " fuck it let's go " 😂😂😂
Live the realistic part there cuz let's be real now if somebody tries to kill you 3 times you wouldn't just beat them up a little and then give them a speech about how they should be a good person

I've watched both and I think both the sub and dub VA are great.
It is her preference which language she watch.
Not a very controversial opinion at all, the Japanese VA is incredible. Shame she's missing out on it.

An advice in middle of episode dont talk just give a reaction and in the end of it take 5 to 10 and talk about it .
It's sad because even though they deserved it, even though they were terrible people and may have had it coming, he still killed 6 people.
He *killed* 6 people. Taking life changes you. Justified or not, it messes with your head. You come out the other side of that experienced *changed*. The old you is gone, something new has taken its place. Only a fool or a child thinks otherwise. The happy-go lucky and cheerful, albeit weak, boy we saw at the beginning is gone forever.
I am reminded of a friend of mine who deployed to Iraq. A van was speeding towards a gate he was helping guard. It wasn't stopping. He had no choice but to open fire on the vehicle to stop it, to save himself and others. Inside was a man, a man who had drug his whole family into a suicide attack with a vehicle full of explosives. My friend killed them all. He didn't have a choice. He still wasn't the same after that, even with the medications he took, the therapy he received last I knew he was still broken.
