I am really interested in the PROCES of the full MOVING/RENO, I'm in, the hard work that it envolves, and all the things that you are moving from one place to another. The lightening and how you are going to finish the ceiling... and the different bases (floor, ground, carpets...) the colours that you are going to introduce the office (entrance and logo, of course) and mainly the vehiculation from one to other space... I thing the WORK ZONE will be so fresh and juicy, as you've said... maybe, that windows could be a +plus with vinils or something very atractive. First of all, those arch windows are sick! I hope you would expand and take that corner, that would be a really good place to do a meeting with client. And because it's arched it would give so much character to the room and a luxury vibe to it. Second of all, that polished concrete floor! Love it so much. Soooooo excited for you to have a new space. I can't wait to see the entrance (HOB signage) as well as the sample storage and collab space. I feel like those are the spaces that need to be super on point in order to function efficiently. Of course, all other spaces I would loveto see. But my three above are on my radar. I think the kitchen might be in there too. I recently checked out the Three Birds Renovation office in Australia. They did an update. The color was unexpected but beautiful and the artwork was to die for. Have a look see. I think if you pair it with some marble and gold that would bring it up to luxury level. I'm not sure what your color scheme is, whether calm and neutral or bold and bright. Can't wait to see what you come up with. 👍🏾

You can put a glass divider between your office and the workspace. While in the privacy of your office you will still have the feeling that you are in the workspace area.

I looked into Interior Design franchise but nothing out there that has a great business plan. I see your business savvy style and your growth that I believe you could launch franchises. The south-facing windows are everything. You can get full-spectrum soft white LED lighting for the rest of it - colors will look more true.
