    This app is a masterpiece! Finally I can implement my ideas for little money and do without expensive Unreal projects for now. I am glad to have such a possibility.

    What about if you want to add a slight blur to the background "Simulate Shallow DOF"...

      @skyglass_app  27 วันที่ผ่านมา

      you can do that with the Virtual Iris feature. in the latest update of the app, it now simple called "background blur"

    Hello, tell me, what version of IPhone are you using?

    • @skyglass_app
      @skyglass_app  ปีที่แล้ว

      Skyglass can be used with the iPhone 8 and up. We used the 14 Pro to film this video.

    Can I choose a photo from my own camera roll library?

    • @skyglass_app
      @skyglass_app  3 วันที่ผ่านมา

      No, since we need to track the motion of the camera and match it with the background, it's not currently possible to use your own photos.

      @@skyglass_app That doesn’t make any sense. The app already has the capability to add video presets that stay with the green screen. Maybe add a marker inside the virtual environment that allows an image to be pinned to it vertically? Well, when you all figure it out, I’ll be removing the app from my phone. Prism Live Mobile can do it flawlessly.

    Hello, What program do you use to connect Unreal Engine and Iphone?
    What is the minimum version of the iPhone model required?
    Thanks.

      The app is called Skyglass. You can download the beta by filling out the form at www.skyglass.com/beta-sign-up. It should work with anything newer than iPhone 6s; we've successfully tested it with iPhone X and newer. Please let me know how your testing goes!

    Looks fantastic! Is it possible to save the tracking as an FBX so that I could import into the Unreal Engine for further editing/placing? I’d love to try and attach this to my cinema camera and use the tracking from this wonderful app within unreal, and then be able to use my cinema footage overtop. Cheers

      It's something we're looking into doing in the future. Right now we are focused on the all-in-one use case.

      @@skyglass_app Looking forward to it! Does the tracking data from the phone get transferred to the unreal application scene? Just wondering because I use a motorized setup that is precise from let’s say point a to point b. Was just wondering if I could just record the movement within unreal. Cheers my friends!

      @@AdamSmith-pn5hk Skyglass currently uses a cloud workflow. Tracking data from the phone is sent to Skyglass Cloud, which uses Unreal Engine to render the virtual environment. We don't currently have any support for local Unreal Engine projects.

    • @skyglass_app
      @skyglass_app  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We will soon be adding support for uploading your own Unreal Engine maps to Skyglass Cloud. So if you are OK with using the phone for capture, you could use your motorized rig and your own custom virtual environment.
