About the glue stick, I highly recommend you'd give Aleen's Tacky Glue a chance, it is Archival and comes in a glue stick as well! I am not a big fan of liquid sticks (even though the Tacky Glue is perfection) but the stick is wonderful!

I think for MD paper it's pretty good! I would say it's better than VersaCraft (this bleeds a lot IMO) but I'm not 100% sure. You can watch other review videos and maybe there would be examples.
