What a game! Love playing on Bowser's Castle, always gives crazy stuff.
That was a really close game! Wow! And, yeah, Bowser really dropped the ball this game (no pun intended).
However, at least Bowser isn't complete suck like Wario in this game. I've played dozens of games in Sluggers and just can never hit well (or at all) with Wario at bat. Whenever he is on my team, Wario almost always gets out after a hit.
I love how the game went from nothing happening to everything happening!
one of these days jake will learn he can move around on the mound while pitching

Anyone else feel like Nintendo taunted Sluggers fans in the Direct? We got a new Strikers but Sluggers got nothing.
I was hoping for a literal out of left field reveal of a new Mario Baseball on Switch. I do love Strikers, but Mario Baseball is my absolute favorite Mario sports series. I think Mario Baseball is the only Mario sports series to not get a new game on the Switch yet! 😔
Tbf, maybe it’s for the best. I don’t want the Mario Baseball franchise to also be victimized into being released as an unfinished game and release all the other content not released at launch as “free dlc” later on. I actually want to go through the process of unlocking characters and stadiums instead of having a limited amount of both at launch and having to wait god knows how long for the rest to come.
Bowser and Wario are both SO bad, that was hilarious! If you had to take one over the other, who would it be?

You should try jumping if someone star hits it to someone like bowser. I don’t thing the fumble animation can play when the character is in the air

Anyone else see that when Wario threw home against Petey, it didn't do his laser beam throw? Super weird, I've never seen that. Not like it mattered because he was already going to be safe, I if that is what made it revert to a normal throw?
My guess is it doesn't do it if he's pitching
Petey had already made it by the time he picked up the ball and laser only works if someone is on third or running home. I think this is the reason.
hey quick question as someone who hasn’t played in forever. how do you make it so you can star all the players in the game? whenever i play it only lets me star the people who played against bowser?
Yeah just go back into challenge mode and beat bowser again with other characters. Repeat until everyone can be starred
