  • This video demonstrates how to perform moderated multiple regression using Stata involving continuous and binary predictor variables. I demonstrate how to perform basic analyses as well as to probe interaction effects (using the 'margins' and 'marginsplot' commands). You can download a copy of the Stata data file here: drive.google.c...
Download text file with commands here: drive.google.c...
    Download Powerpoint presentation here: drive.google.c...

Hi, you are an excellent teacher. Thank you for generously sharing your training materials with us as well. Your shared files helped me to understand much better. This was the first video I saw of you and I want to continue.

@@mikecrowson2462 Can you do one on complex survey analysis, such as analyzing data from a Demographic and Health Survey.

Hi Mike. This is so informative thank you so much. May i kindly ask how you would go about a multiple regression model with multiple interactions. Do you do them individually or there is a way to run the commands with more than 1 interaction at a go? eg, including c.grit_c#c.neglifevts_c and c.grit_c#c.lifesat_c at the same time

Hi Mike, great video. Can I also use this with pooled OLS regression? I am using panel data

I have a question about the interpretation of the interaction based on the marginsplot of the interaction effect? How can we do that? Or what is the right way to do this

Hi Mike- what if I have 2 categorical variables with 2 levels each; 2 focal predictors (i.e. gender, treat) and a moderator (yes/no). Would the code simply involve adding the second focal predictor ?
