Farmer Installs State of the Art Chemical Mixing Station

We are spraying fungicide insecticide and foliar feed on our soybeans. This will help protect and feed our soybeans and provide for higher yields and more profitability! We got this tank and pulled an old inductor out of the weeds and now we have a chemical mixing station. It’s really something 😅

We had an 8203 terragator that was hard starting even when it was really hot out

They tell me it has something to do with the injectors needing oil pressure to fire 🤷‍♂️

Everything is very nice is their any fixed system in machines so it spray exact value in field. Like us 200 ltrs in a Hactare

The sprayer has a system which measures flow and speed to apply an exact amount on the field no matter how fast or slow you go.

I think you should buy the trailer and build a tender out of that and it would make for great video. We got an amazing deal on a Volvo with a 26 ft frame and built that into a tender it works really well.

Nice vid but… not a fan of premixing chem in the water trailer. Lots of potential for chem spill on the road or while loading sprayer. In Canada we do all loading and mixing in the field in the sprayer solution tank
