Had a summer bod like the girl here. Then I had to study day and night for two months with snacking, irregular sleep and no exercise. Now I look like the cat. I love it lol.
If you have strong muscles, (as I assume, this surfer girl does) it's very quick to come back into shape. Might take less than a week, in fact. Even though I've gained a few kilos of weight during the last 2 years and haven't gone into a gym for more than 4 years and despite the fact that I'm spending most of my days seated, I start looking fit again almost immediately after doing some basic exercises on a metal bar and on the floor.
Can't you do with your dad? Ya know, there is really nothing wrong with that. Father and son chilling on the beach is perfectly normal and it's a new opportunity to spend time together. You're young fam but you gotta realize one day... we miss our parents very much... every opportunity you have to spend some time with your old one, cracking a cold one open on the beach, looking at the horizons and the beautiful people and vibing, you should do this.
