Yes it happens sometimes. not an issue. proceed with their requests. don’t worry about AOR now, since having received biometrics/medical already means they started processing your application. AOR may come later or they may directly move to the next stage. You’ll be fine

Hello, this is very informative. Sir we need help with the My Profile page, when we opened the portal, dependents were there even though we don't have dependents. When we try to delete them, it says technical error and just keeps loading. We already filled in the all the forms before the August update and were gathering more documents, when we opened it again that's what it showed in the My Profile page and we couldn't do anything about it. :(

Check the guide 5289, step 3, document checklist section, that i showed, and answer the questions there. It will tell you whether or not you need it based on your answers. I think for in canada, its not needed. Double check to be sure

Yes they(PA) can stay in Canada with their canadian spouse(sponsor) as long as they have a valid visitor status in Canada. It should be pretty easy for a US citizen to enter canada on an ETA. Being an outland applicant(family class, i am guessing thats what you applied under), moving in and out of canada is not an issue for the principal applicant. it does not negatively impact your application and definitely does not get your application deleted.
My husband is the PA AND I am dependent. Husband is on work permit in Canada. I am in India. He received his PR confirmation. Whether to fill the dependent Tab or not.???

If you are talking about spousal sponsorship, that 15 year old child(if not PR/canadian citizen) is considered a dependent, legitimate or not, does not matter. Add him as an accompanying dependent(if immigrating with you) or a non-accompanying dependent(if not immigrating at the time). You probably might have to provide DNA test results down the line to prove relationship. But that is something to consider later. For now, You can add him as a dependent in your application in the sections as explained the video. additionally, provide a letter of explanation explaining the child's status in detail.

The Province/State dropdown is always disabled for me when I write an address located in India.

Sir, is Adhar Card the National Identity of Indian applicants ? If so we can write 3000/01/01 for expiry date as u guided towards the end.

Hi, my husband intends to sponsor me as PR under Canada class and i am having tourist visa (maximum stay per entry is 6 months) currently staying with him in Canada. Estimate time to process PR application under Canada class is 10 months. My question is do i need to extend my visa stay after 6 months and if yes, how is the process.

My application has returned because I did not put my baby's information as a dependent because in my understanding my child is a citizen, we have applied for her citizenship certificate.

My spouse and I have the same problem. When we opened the portal, dependents were there even though we don't have dependents. When we try to delete them, it says technical error and just keeps loading. Have you figured out what to do?

If you are talking about spousal sponsorship, that 15 year old child(if not PR/canadian citizen) is considered a dependent, legitimate or not, does not matter. Add him as an accompanying dependent(if immigrating with you) or a non-accompanying dependent(if not immigrating at the time). You probably might have to provide DNA test results down the line to prove relationship. But that is something to consider later. For now, You can add him as a dependent in your application in the sections as explained the video. additionally, provide a letter of explanation explaining the child's status in detail.

It is outland from 17 /10/2021 spouse sponsorship 3 times rejection due to missing documents until we submitted on 02 december 2022 and 4 february 2023 OAR , 8 february biometrics 2023 and police certificate and 4 May 2023 medical exam request ......and medical exam submitted on 15 may 2023 up to now no update from the ircc

Hii suyyash,, when applying 0008 form,, in National identity document aadhar card,, it asks for issuance as well as expiry date.. since aadhar card doesn't have any expiry date..I left blank .but the portal asks to fill the expiry date too..what do I do now?
