They look amazing and probably perform amazing as well, but being a 4.5mm and only being able to use their components makes it a no for me. I’ll stick with my 5mm rip TKOs.
I kitted out my Rip TKO’s with wraps, veins, collars and when you factor in time spent getting all the components and putting them together it’s cheaper for me to buy the UV arrows. The Rips got me two caribou this season but I think I’ll try a half dozen of the UV arrows for indoor this year. Thanks for the review.
wobble because you need to test them for straightness . like Blue Collar Outdoors did. ill stick to regular victory arrows , these are not worth my penny , not even at 50% off would i. how much did you pay for these ?
If the components were made out of titanium I think I would be able to justify the price, but the fact that the outer sleeve is aluminum is a big concern because it will bend.their wrap and procedure for putting it on is “proprietary” but when you need to replace it you can’t duplicate it because you get a basic wrap with the refletch kit just seems like that’s a feature you lose so what’s the point? My arrows are probably pretty close in price to these (Vap SS) when I added podium titanium half outs and collars wraps and DCA mini sabres so they’re not being ridiculous but to say it’s the strongest and most accurate arrow setup money can buy is false
His gauge was in millimeters not inch. Sooo his entire video should be taken down. Someone in his comments brought that to his attention and he admitted he didn’t know that during his video. Which is funny because he said he used that a bunch of times prior. So they were very straight
Iron Will Bill gave me a set of match grade Easton Axis arrows made up with everything Iron Will components. I must say they are really nice and within a half grain of each other, not sure what a dozen of those cost but definitely look into them. They are built custom ready to go.
Love these arrows. Already bought a dozen and have gotten threatened on a divorce if I buy another half dozen lol. Great product very much worth every penny.
someone on youtube just did a straightness test on a half dozen of these and only 3 out of the 6 were a 1 thou consistency, the other 2 were 2 thou out and one was 4 thou out. For them to be charging this much, with what now seems to be a lack of quality control. Altra's or Victory are a better option
That’s a tight group at 60 😮 I don’t think price should be an issue as you mentioned. My only hesitation is the lack of customization. Being a heavier arrow guy myself, I feel the weight of these is significantly limited. Other than that they look awesome!
I say the same thing, about my Altra arrows. Same groups too. But Im a Altra fan. So I get it. Hell you wear ultraview apparel. So being a fan of a brand, of course you are gonna talk it up. As I would for Altra. You do a great job and love the channel. Keep the content coming.
Would be interesting to know UV pays Victory to make these shafts. Just a little too pricey no better than I can shoot anyway. Like to see what a world class target archer thinks after a few hundred shots. Mr. perfect didn’t have these and won many tournaments. Those guys at UV have created one hell of a market for all their stuff. They do make high quality products but the hype is what drives it.
Okay I'm not a hunter so I can't speak from that perspective, but it just seems like a lot of gimmicky sales hype to me. From the custom, and in my opinion, weird looking vanes, to the box they come in. How much does the box alone factor into the price I wonder? At what, $40 an arrow? I just can't see it. You can build a half dozen real high quality arrows for that price, and for a little more...a dozen if . Plus for me, building a high quality set of match weighed component arrows is a big part of the archery experience. Just my two cents.
I’ll stick with the RIP TKO’s and the Sirius Gemini’s and keep my FOC up and be able to use Podium Titanium or steel HIT inserts and collars or Titanium halfouts (no aluminum). Group just as well and kill whitetails; hogs; elk etc just as good.
I started following your channel because you seem like a regular guy sharing his thoughts on archery products. It’s a shame to see you turn into a UV shill and try to justify $38 arrows. I’ve owned UV products in the past, but don’t anymore because they are average quality and overpriced. Most hunters who overpay for these arrows won’t bother to tune their bows and will screw a $15 POS mechanical head on the end.
Way too expensive. I can get 2 dozen elite victory vap SS arrows for $320 2 dozen of titanium inserts and sleeves 100 grain's total and fletched them my way plus $52 bucks . 2 dozen field points with o-rings for $27 Basically 2 dozen arrows with titanium setup for the price of one dozen of these . 504 grains for my 29 inch draw and they are tuffer. If you want to buy some put together I guess but most Archer's build their own arrows.
Yeah, no. Worth every penny means the difference in price between then and RIP TKO arrows will be as significant as their improvement in your performance. The truth is, they won’t. Was your group impressive? I’ve seen you shoot groups similar to that before 1Ks ever came out.
Fooook no are they worth the price. I just saw blue collar outdoors do a test on the tolerance of the 1k spec and they flunked by 50%. Where I come from 50% is failing 😂 I like ultra view but not that much. That box is pretty expensive because the arrows are just victory’s all hyped up. How’s the saying go “dontpiss down my back and tell me it’s raining “😂

RIP TKO best thing going
Vap SS for me. Go check out blue collar outdoors video on his experience with these arrows

They are not worth every penny. They are not twice as good as a RIP but they are twice the price
Noticed your shootin' with the Stan release now. What prompted the changed from the uv button?
Thanks for the video. Keep us posted on the truck and how you use/like it.
Did you buy these or were they given by UV?
Fuck no they ain’t worth that. Unless you get em free
wobble because you need to test them for straightness . like Blue Collar Outdoors did. ill stick to regular victory arrows , these are not worth my penny , not even at 50% off would i. how much did you pay for these ?
I saw that video. Couldn’t believe it! That ain’t right!
@@timbow50 yeah its pretty messed up , even at regular v1 victory arrow prices i wouldnt be happy with it.

Will never shoot an arrow with aluminum components…… steel or titanium for me.

You can do that with any arrows!!! Can with stop with the overhyped. Is the shorter. The dishonesty of this review is getting out of hand.
there is people that shoot shitty ammo just cuz , you had a good point , mines well have a perfect set of arrows especially for hunting !
At least they come in a cool box, but that’s the only good. Over priced, over hyped, like everything from uv.
anyone else getting weird audio? the start was fine, but when he starts talking its fuzzy
$219 for half dozen there shouldn’t be any wobble in my opinion.

I shoot a lot better with them as well and I think they are worth the price! With that said I do wish they where cheaper lol
Are you sponsored by ultraview? They only make high price junk!
They suck on water buffalo
Way too expensive.

Ya overpaid for a sight and arrows
Not impressed

Got'em ordered. Can't wait to try them.
Hi Jeff, what quiver are you using and whats that Flipknife you used to unbox the arrows? This thing looks sick! Greetings from Germany 🫡
You can slap an Ultraview tag on a pile of crap and it is still a pile of crap.
No they arent lol
