You guys are amazing ! I spent years fixing wrecked Corvettes in the 70s self taught in fiberglass and paint . Swapped a frame in a 63 split window , one car garage , and driveway painted it , drove it for a year yes I'm the dumbass that sold it !

please do more of these videos along with step by step pricing breakdown on how long this process would take for TH-cam engineers with no experience, but do have the budget to aquire all the tools needed to do a proper rebuild and the replacement parts
Guys for minute i thought you had bought another test piece for the CAT,have to say the truck has come out awesome.The mods and the color look fantastic,labour is cheap as it only took 21,33 mjnutes this one,a bargain i would say. A job well done.
Another great rebuild in one video. One question though... the gaps on the front bumper on the passenger side look way off... can anything be done about that? It just doesn't look aligned properly.

Straighten the rails throw a new rad support condenser and rad. i always put new water pump on when fan gets tagged.get u some air bags and a cap on the girl.i am sure it has a salvaged title but if u fix it right u will get whole sale on the truck

Question: I need to replace front frame lower insulators (damage after crush) but need to know if there are missing parts, since i do not know very well the assembly, first time, (FORD OEM P/N FL3Z-2500155-F). do you have like a spec where I can see assembly of parts?, insulator, bolt, don't know if need an upper insulator and cap, not sure. Your help would be appreciated, Thanks.

Now i heard that insurance companies will not insure a truck or car if it has a salvage title on it. Because here in Oregon they will not insure vehicles that have been salvaged when they have been totalled under new laws.

I enjoyed this build very much. You guys make these wrecked vehicles look amazing! But always remember to put foam tape in the body gaps when painting so overspray will not get in the door jams and engine bay.

Did you replace the front center cross member ? Looked like it when you welded in the right frame rail
