    Forget washable panties, I plan on getting the disposable ones. They make em kinda cute now.

      To each their own. I brought it to freshen up the NEXT day for a few pictures :)

      I brought makeup not for while giving birth. It was just for pictures the next day. After a shower it felt nice to look a little more alive. Makeup for someone like me is a mood booster.

      I didn't care about make up, I was more in love with my baby than my appearance.

    I feel like people pack way too much. Had my baby at 11pm at night, and was discharged the next afternoon at 12pm. This time I have a midwife and she said I can go home a few hours later if everything goes well. But I guess its good to be prepared in case of an emergency csection or other complications

      Wow that's quick most people stay at least 48 hours minimum but I've only went home after 3 days and have stayed at least 5 days with my last child and I used everything I brought I'm glad i brought an extra pillow because my bf ended up
      using one of mine and I need that extra fluff lol

      @kourtneyaddison111 Yeah it was pretty quick, but me and baby were fine, so I could not wait to go home and rest in my own bed. We probably would have left sooner, but we had to wait until the Peds doctor made their rounds to give baby the green light. Wow I dont think Id be able to last 3 days lol. Was it because you had a C-section, or is that typical for a normal vaginal birth too? You truly never know what to expect untill youre there. I guess its good to be prepared

    I’m 23 weeks pregnant with my second boy. I also have to have another ultra sound because he wouldn’t stay still and she couldn’t get the right pictures 😂.

    Thank you for this video. It was very helpful. I'm not going to take all of this stuff. It's a little bit much but it did give me a ballpark on what I need to take in a couple of screenshots on with the Amazon and got some nursing pads and also a toiletries set what was on sale? Awesome!

    pillows and blankets, doesn't the hospital supply bedding?

    • @farelimm
      @farelimm 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      In America it’s not the coziest bedding, their pillows are super flat and crinkly and the towels are very small. Your husband is going to want a good blanket as well. After giving birth you’re going to want more support, I’m taking my regular pillow along with a lumbar support pillow and possibly another softer pillow.

      It’s necessary in America where hospital pillows are too flat and crinkly to be comfortable
