Dorian Yates is a British , and British ruled our country for 2 centuries , they are the reason why we still are underdeveloped , they tortured us countless ways for that time , they have some valueable stuffs of us till now such as the Kohinoor , the list goes on lol 😂 .. But my perspective is a lot different , it's not related to any past or any shit but logics and facts .. Many of my country men still hate Britishers , but it's not the same anymore , time had past , no reasons to hate anyone for what their ancestors did .. I love Bodybuilding , that's the only thing I love , and I love everything and everyone related to it except for some guys who are nothing but words , I'm already in this profession for quite some time , these guys are like God to me .. But facts are facts , can't disagree .. Everyone have weak points , maybe Phil Heath is an exception , that's why he's called "The Gift" ..

It's a shame social media has ruined people. It would be great to see someone implement the dorian style of showing your body off every second of the day until competition day. That person would probably beat everyone, because if the rest of the competitors isn't watching for them then they wouldn't know know what to expect.

In your opinion maybe so. I'm no fan boy. Dorian had a weak chest and terrible arms compared to ronnie or Arnold for example. But when I look at dorians legs they are perfect. They are as big as they need to be. Guys now days have overly huge legs and look like they shit themselves

It’s not lost on me or anyone else Dorian’s mental drive and work ethic, not to diminish his motto but he was also given the genetic gift. He realized it and exploited it to the max, however not everyone has genetically gifted genes 🧬 that are a foundation for exceptional muscle growth.
