Appalachian Trail. End of Virginia, through Maryland, and into PA.

A lot happens on the Appalachian Trail. A video just shares a few snippets.  I’m glad I didn’t bail after getting Norovirus.  The knees and the achilles are hurting. But I’m in the zone.
