- Court is back in session for the 73rd day in the trial of Young Thug and his YSL co-defendants in Atlanta.
Recently, the trial has centered around the 2015 shooting of Lil Wayne's tour bus after the rapper made an appearance at an Atlanta nightclub. Today, the state is expected to continue testimony from a main investigator in the YSL case and who was present at the nightclub the night of the bus shooting.

This detective is a goofy. Also, their best witness thus far is clearly biased a smart ass and is up there playing smirking giggling when defense objects he scrunches his face its all clearly seen.
The big thing here is the judge IS the gatekeeper and him allowing just about everything the DA brings and denies the Defense under the exact same conditions will leave the jury to heavily weigh the DA's evidence over the defense. This shows his bias thus a mistrial or recusal at the least should be made.

I noticed this too! She’s like a petulant child every time- “Your Honor!” reminds me of when my kids were younger yelling “Moommm” when they were arguing with each other. This is such an injustice.
I know too many people in the legal field and all are pretty much on one accord that this case is a waste of time but will be extremely valuable as a tool for law students.

Instead of wasting all this money on this ridiculous man hunt of a trial you could have saved some children from the roughest neighbourhoods from joining violent gangs, there is nothing wrong with group of kids hanging together trying to better themselves, make music and look out for each other, using violence for taking of someone for personal gain I don't agree with but to protect yourself and due to your society you may have to do things to show no weakness

Or just the objections made were either right or wrong. Defence is going to object to everything because they don’t want it coming out in front of the jury cause it makes their clients look bad but just cause they object doesn’t mean it’s objectionable.
@@debsibson7071 i understand what you’re saying and you’re right, but I’ve been watching since day 1, hours and hours. The judge has definitely shown bias. He has allow late evidence from the state even after he set a deadline for all evidence to be in, allows Ms love to argue after he’s made his ruling but tells the state to sit down, and even called a lawyer unprepared in front of the JURY! The even sadder part is, those things have multiple times now.
Btw the judge was later proven wrong by the defense attorney and the judge just brushed it off. There’s bias, definitely.

@@debsibson7071 i can remember him saying something to love on one occasion and that was because she continually argued with him after he made a ruling. The defense didn’t argue with the judge, they tried to go around his ruling and continue to ask questions. The same thing that love does with every witness. Love flat out argues with the judge until he had to tell her that she doesn’t agree with his ruling and she needs to stop. You obviously just started watching the trial.

These guys saw a lot of death and unnecessary killing with these gangs and guys in the courtroom. They would not be sitting in this courtroom if they were so innocent.

State of GA is really reachin' in this case... A lot of hearsay and speculation on the State's recent witnesses. Evidence that shouldn't be admitted either and are borderline Brady violations. Detective Dennis in particular sounds like he's well coached and memorized, at least in part, his testimony relayed in court. Amazing memory from incidents from almost a decade ago. I'm curious if his memory is anywhere near as fresh when he's on cross. Love needs to check herself and stay in her lane.
