It's good that Patty confessed everything, but that alone isn't enough. She stole Lizzie's friends and boyfriend, turned her parents against her, and caused her to run away. I would have said to her, "I appreciate that you confessed everything and that you're gonna get help, but I have to be honest: It's gonna take a long time for me to forgive you, and an even longer time for me to trust you again."
It wouldn’t take me long to forgive someone but I would take a long time before I can trust someone like her again.

If I were lizzy, i would shove everyone away and never came back even after i woke up in the hospital. No one believed her even her parents. That's the worst part. And what? Patty stole her freinds and boyfriend. Some time MSA needs some realistic stories. No one's forgiving enough like these main characters from MSA.
Her heart was wrecked from falling, and now it healed after she realized she ruined her sister's heart as well for making her parents and boyfriend betray her.

If having the names Lizzy and Patty is a coincidence, then wow. Their names are almost identical to the Thompson sisters from Soul Eater. I know that Patty is the older one here even though Liz is the older one, but they have pretty much the same names and are sisters. Coincidence? Maybe. But that's all I think of now.
