Think of marpa and milarepa if marpa treated milarepa like any of hiscother students he would have never achieved enlightenment and the world would have lost out on how one murdering sinner could change

If you bow down to the lotus feet, then you've entirely missed the point.

He s so enlightening and I am very grateful for that. I do have one random question though: according to online information, he should be in his 60s or 70s now....but how come he looks so tremendously young and youthful?

yeah he should be 63 but damn, maybe he drinks a lot of tea

Teroine Foma Wikipedia says born in 1961 so actually he isn't really that old at only 53

Among the multitude of tibetan buddhism gurus, I find his ability to speak with such clarity and without any pretentiousness to be quite a revelation.

Students trust You ......because they have devotion ! and are able to make the difference between self motivated " teachers " and authentic ones ......their devotion is not blind faith , it is the knowledge of your authenticity compared to the delusions they might have encountered in their relation to others " teachers " ......with whom You practice " Non dual view " ......while turning Your own students in less capable or motivated students " grasping at phenomena " when they are able to make the difference between who's authentic and who's not . You have less problem relating to obedient attendants of some " teachers " Your own students have left , refusing to credit their attitude , than the ones having authentic devotion for You . If You " sophisticated students " with their inquisitive mind don't practice because your agenda is busy with people having no devotion nor ability to make any difference with who is authentic or not , who is dangerous as to fulfil any stupid order not issued from authentic wish to benefit others than there is obviously a problem : and i don't think it come from those who have authentic devotion and inquicitive mind . When a monk or student does something wrong I heard You can be very hrash on them . and You can't request Your student to be blind on other people's behavior just because they are " Teachers " ; Now Pure view is something different , You would have to be able to communicate with Your authentic students instead of being busy with fools .
