There should be a manual relief valve on the main pump on the Ransom but you'd have to find it in the manual and I'd bet it's stuck. The next option is literally wrapping plastic wrap around the wheels so it slides.
Good on you to get the sound sorted. Was a whole bunch of people what had their panties in a bunch over it. Your hydrostatic drive should have a disconnect to allow it to be moved around without starting the engine. Everyone I have driven, (many) have had that.

The geology for our land in Kent is such that rain today takes around 6 months to filter down and then pop up as springs, so I reckon we are OK for grass until the Winter.

If you ever change the tires on the ransomes get carlisle hd firld trax. I have these on noth myjohn deere x495 and john deere 1445. Trust me ife dyiven across some seriously wet areas with both machines. Standard turf tures are hopeless.

I ain’t saying 💩 as I did the same this year and the boss man had to come pull me out with the quad bike 😆🤦♂. For some reason I think there’s a leaver under the seat that lets the hydraulic pip free spool for towing🤔
I once sunk a 220hp john deere with dual wheels all round 4 metre combonation drill power harrow rear 4 metre power front had 700hp 3 tractors on to pull it out 1992 if i remember correctly 4955 john deere
@@FarmerP it was left until it dried out, the ground appeared dry and you could walk over it without issue however once the crust broke it was like quicksand underneath

Was going to say that you don't suffer at the hands of your employees but that being said you didn't say much when they got the Land Rover bogged in your field at t'other farm, guess getting stuck is part of the deal for all.
Ian getting stuck is straight forward on a parkway but losing traction sliding down a bank in reverse and resting up against a post and rail fence and having to be lifted out by hijab crane is embarrassing not to mention a change of pants required.

Ransoms normal have lever that switch that allow.to be towed..or.need some.of those electric car skids

i used to drive a ransome and if i remember there is a lever that disengages the hydro drive so it can be towed .
