Heard the workmanship is very poor ya? Many water leakage at many premises. May I know have these maintenace issues been resolved? Any night racing noises nearby? Tks

With regarding night racing noise I believe this issue not a big problem as the road not so friendly for them to do so. Regarding the workmanship, I was there few weeks ago to show some units to my client, I do not find any huge issues with that. The management team is responsive for the owner response. Are you living in Penang as well?, Ms Chloe ☺️

Saw some review saying residents staying in Tower A cannot use Tower B roof top facilities and vice versa. True or not?
